GBOMG where do I start😍 OMG where do I start, I guess I'll start at the amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and immediately emailed customer support and received a call and email stating they would fix the issue I created. They cancelled the old order and same day shipped out the correct size I needed.

GBRug arrived stained and dirty The Rug arrived with rips in the plastic and stains on the rug. It does not appear to have been packaged very well. I have pictures if you would like to see what I am talking about. I expect a full refund, this is ridiculous!

GBThe rugs were terrible The rugs were terrible. The adhesive on back doesn't stick and then leaves a residue that you have to remove. The runners are not consistently sized. This is a terrible product and a waste of money. Your return policy says they have to be unused to return, so there's that.
