GBPoor quality Poor quality Very thin and super light. If I had any idea the runner and stair treads were so cheaply made I would not have wasted the time and money.

GBThe non-slip backing is not non-slip The non-slip backing is not non-slip. Compared to other non-slip rugs this one lags and now looking for a after market tape or buying a different product.

GBRugs too thin Rugs too thin. Nothing went wrong. Was just hoping for thicker rugs. Very thin. Not loving them.

GBOMG where do I start😍 OMG where do I start, I guess I'll start at the amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and immediately emailed customer support and received a call and email stating they would fix the issue I created. They cancelled the old order and same day shipped out the correct size I needed.
