Good product, poor shipment tracking Delivery took significantly longer than listed online, and order information wasn’t updated until a week after placing the order. Couldn’t track the package until a few days before it was delivered.

Damaged Item I ordered a mirror which arrived with multiple holes punctured through the box. As a result of this, the mirror was broken before I even opened the box. I started to open it and noticed small pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box, so I didn't even bother fully unpacking. I reached out immediately for a refund and still haven't heard back.

Mirror completely SHATTERED My oversized mirror was completely shattered upon opening the box. The box was slightly damaged, but the packing should have been done much better to prevent breaking. So so disappointing & customer service has been a pain to get in contact with. Seems as though the phone number listed is ringing directly to someone’s cellphone bc I can leave a voicemail (strange). I’m currently waiting on the company to respond to my email about hopefully replacing it.

They should probably wait until the… They should probably wait until the item is actually delivered before requesting feeback. The product might be nice but I can't say yet. However, this is the 3rd request for feedback so I am giving it. Still waiting for delivery. It's been 22 days. I reached out a few days ago to get an update but no response. They will send you a Fedex tracking number instantly, but factor in that there will be a weeks long wait while the product is in china.

GORGEOUS MIRROR The mirror is stunning!!!! Such an amazing experience, shipping is fast even before expected date, if ur hesitant to buy don’t be and BUY!!! U won’t regret it, packaging is well put together and when I received it I was beyond excited stopped everything I was doing from how excited I was.
