However, this is the 3rd request for feedback so I am giving it. Still waiting for delivery. It's been 22 days. I reached out a few days ago to get an update but no response. They will send you a Fedex tracking number instantly, but factor in that there will be a weeks long wait while the product is in china.

Damaged Item I ordered a mirror which arrived with multiple holes punctured through the box. As a result of this, the mirror was broken before I even opened the box. I started to open it and noticed small pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box, so I didn't even bother fully unpacking. I reached out immediately for a refund and still haven't heard back.
