Such a scammy company Such a scammy company. It’s just impossible to reach them. They don’t respond to emails nor do the answer their contact phone. And this girl MANDY (whatever her position is in this ‘company’) has ZERO customer service manners, was just obnoxiously interrupting my every word. Do not recommend the company!! The mirror arrived broken! (Thank god we got our money back as I don’t want anything to do with this company anymore)

I love my Lucas mirror There was definitely a process to getting my mirror. But aside from that I am in love with my mirror. I highly recommend not just this mirror But you’re paying for the quality of the mirror and it’s 100% worth it. I purchased a 71’ x 32’ and it fits in my make up room so perfectly. The thickness of the mirror makes it super heavy, at least you know it’s not cheaper, flimsy material all put together. It’s extremely durable and I’m a 5’2 female, so all of my mirror pics, I look like I’m very tall! I love it!

Worst experience Worst experience! They first told me they apologized for allowing me to order three Riley mirrors because they only had one. Then they sent two Sabrina floor length mirrors instead. Ok. The Riley showed up with only one screw in the kickstand and it was dangling off, then the two Sabrina’s arrive the next business day shattered and they somehow managed to imply that they were so confused how that happened and they aren’t sending two more, wasn’t even an option. Insanity.

Was looking for a high quality mirror... Was looking for a high quality mirror for a bedroom. I looked around Target, Walmart, At Home, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I found Neutypechic through a google search, and I took the risk! Great quality of mirrors, and lots of variety in shapes. I bought a mirror that was out of stock, so Neutypechic's customer service quickly reached out and helped me find a new one. Highly recommend.
