Packaged soo well! I had been looking for a mirror for quite some time and kept coming back to neutypechic’s website. I finally decided to order a full length mirror, it arrived sooo quickly & was packaged to the nines! Padding on padding. Not to mention my new mirror looks absolutely stunning. Happy gurl.

The mirror broke in mail and never… The mirror broke in mail and never arrived. Wish they reached out to me about it but they were unaware. Customer service was good when I reached out. Sent a replacement. Beautiful mirror.

Good product, poor shipment tracking Delivery took significantly longer than listed online, and order information wasn’t updated until a week after placing the order. Couldn’t track the package until a few days before it was delivered.

5 Star Experience I finally ordered the mirror that I’ve been wanting! It came fast, it was BEAUTIFUL and well made but had a small chip in it. I sent an email right away and they had another one out to me instantly. The replacement showed up two calendar days later and I have never had that kind of customer service with any type of home furnishings before. I am so so happy and I really appreciate that they fixed the problem so quickly!!

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I received a broken mirror from this company & I reached out to customer service & they responded by that night with a solution.. so quick! They are sending me a replacement mirror & if this mirror comes broken as well, they are refunding my money. I didn’t even have to ask for the shipping updates or tracking number on the new mirror as they sent it before I had a chance to ask. Although I was disappointed about my broken mirror, customer service has been amazing & as a customer who works in the service industry, I really appreciate it! So excited for my new mirror & really hoping it doesn’t come broken like the last one.
