USTheir focus is on fake marketing I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. This company has managed to create some high impact articles online to compare themselves with other design companies, and they live off of that. In addition to the shady marketing strategy, they also have higher prices than others, to add an additional level of credibility. Finally, they have false timelines, within 7-10 days of submitting your information. That is impressive. But I signed up with them, paid the highest package they suggested, and two months later, all I had received were long emails, and discussions of what to expect, setting up a call ( that never happened, and the designer popped on a video call using her phone and never went on camera or shared her screen), no manager ever called upon reporting a concern, and no design was submitted after 2 months of waiting. This might be the shadiest company I have ever worked with.

USOk it's a little expensive but I was… Ok it's a little expensive but I was given a great bedroom concept. I didn't follow it exactly but I did purchase the recommended rug and curtains and decor items. My room looks amazing in a style I would not have discovered myself!

USHorrible company Let’s see. Where do I begin? Horrible service. Horrible designer Lauren (supposedly she was a Lead designer). Zero design. Drawings given to me had nothing new. Zero customer service. Horrible communication. They only communicate through their stupid website which is terrible terrible terrible. In summary I lost my money and I would give them Zero stars if I could.

USBait and Switch Originally purchased a crib for my daughter through this company only to find out a few days later that they were trying to juice me for more money. What a waste of time and effort. Don’t bother with this company, obviously they will not honor their prices quoted online. “This is Efren, your Customer Service Representative from SpaceJoy. I have an update for you regarding your order. The table below shows that your original item has seen a price increase from the retailer. I apologize for the inconvenience; we do our best to keep our catalog current and accurate and keep our customers apprised of any changes. If you approve of the new price, please confirm to this email. If not, I will be more than happy to provide some great-looking alternatives for you to consider.” Are you seriously going to offer an alternative versus a refund? What a complete scam this company is, what a joke!

USGreat Experience! I purchased the Euphoria package and worked with Eda. She came up with two initial Design Concepts for my open family room and kitchen. She incorporated my existing kitchen table and sofa table into the design using a floor plan and 3D plan for our new home. Eda understood my style and with a combination of the 2 designs came up with a plan we are completely excited to implement. I would definitely recommend Eda and Spacejoy!
