GBGreat Service My designer was wonderful. She worked with me until we came to a design that I loved. My only concern is that many of the items are out of stock or no longer available upon receiving the design. There are many items I would have purchased on the spot had they been available. Aside from that the process was simple, quick and a great experience. I found that things went quicker and smoother upon having direct email contact with the designer.I would suggest having that interaction from the beginning! Thank you!

GBTheir focus is on fake marketing I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. This company has managed to create some high impact articles online to compare themselves with other design companies, and they live off of that. In addition to the shady marketing strategy, they also have higher prices than others, to add an additional level of credibility. Finally, they have false timelines, within 7-10 days of submitting your information. That is impressive. But I signed up with them, paid the highest package they suggested, and two months later, all I had received were long emails, and discussions of what to expect, setting up a call ( that never happened, and the designer popped on a video call using her phone and never went on camera or shared her screen), no manager ever called upon reporting a concern, and no design was submitted after 2 months of waiting. This might be the shadiest company I have ever worked with.

GBBait and Switch Originally purchased a crib for my daughter through this company only to find out a few days later that they were trying to juice me for more money. What a waste of time and effort. Don’t bother with this company, obviously they will not honor their prices quoted online. “This is Efren, your Customer Service Representative from SpaceJoy. I have an update for you regarding your order. The table below shows that your original item has seen a price increase from the retailer. I apologize for the inconvenience; we do our best to keep our catalog current and accurate and keep our customers apprised of any changes. If you approve of the new price, please confirm to this email. If not, I will be more than happy to provide some great-looking alternatives for you to consider.” Are you seriously going to offer an alternative versus a refund? What a complete scam this company is, what a joke!

GBGood value for money I ordered several packages from Spacejoy. All designs were received by or before the promised date. The designs were nicely done and the designer Ellysia made changes accordingly and addressed any of my concerns in a timely manner. I gave 3 stars for the ordering of products. I received a confirmation upon ordering but little to no communication regarding status of deliveries ect unless I asked. It wasn’t updated in the app as stated.

GBAn Honest Review So just to be perfectly honest, I absolutely hate both designs that I was just presented with by Spacejoy. Like it could not have missed the mark more. I've been extremely unpleased with how they have literally no communication from the designer throughout this process, which is insane to me. Then she comes up with that design that is so off the mark and doesn't reach out once while planning it to get a sense of what I'm looking for? Questions about my interests? Personal Style? Anything? I can stress this enough NO communication. Just an astonishingly bad finished product. I honestly don't want to wait another week for a design revision and I'm requesting a full refund. Beyond a refund, I just want to also express my deep frustration and disappointment with how long this process took for such a horrid result. A refund is great and all, but now I have over 2 weeks of my time completely wasted, which I can't get back.
