I've had the best time working with… I've had the best time working with Spacejoy. When your vision is articulated better than what you could've imagined it puts a giant smile on your face. I placed an order for products from various retailers on Spacejoy. The estimated delivery date of a rug, from my product list was March 2021! Spacejoy quickly cancelled the product and found me an alternative that had a shipping period of 3 weeks. Loved the experience!

We really liked using SpaceJoy We really liked using SpaceJoy, especially since we have such a hard time envisioning our space. They really organized it and gave us wonderful ideas for functional space use. Ordering from them was fairly easy, however, next time, we will probably order several things ourselves just so we can control pick-up in store and other options better. But having all the websites searched through and then organized is so worth it, let alone the actual design ideas. They saved us a ton of time and headaches just by getting all that done. Thank you SpaceJoy!

Good value for money I ordered several packages from Spacejoy. All designs were received by or before the promised date. The designs were nicely done and the designer Ellysia made changes accordingly and addressed any of my concerns in a timely manner. I gave 3 stars for the ordering of products. I received a confirmation upon ordering but little to no communication regarding status of deliveries ect unless I asked. It wasn’t updated in the app as stated.

I absolutely loved using SpaceJoy!!! I absolutely loved using SpaceJoy. My designer Lauren, did such an amazing job of meeting my design goals of creating space with a lot of storage in my studio apartment. All the pieces she picked were perfect and utilized space I didn’t even know I had, while keeping it all really homey which I absolutely love. I’m moving from a studio to a 1br and can’t wait to use SpaceJoy again!

Positive but a few warnings I’ve used Spacejoy twice now, once for a family/dining room and once for a master bedroom. I’m terrible at visualizing, so their 3D designs really help. You get a 360 degree view and they’re able to work in pieces you already have. One caveat is that we had some issues with scale on the dining room design. The designer recommended a light fixture that was way too big for our space and we were unable to return it, so that was an expensive mistake. Check the dimensions of their recommendations very carefully before you buy. The other caveat is that a lot of the items they recommended were sold out. They try to find alternates, but I think so many designers are recommending the same things that they go out of stock really quickly. Anyway, overall good experience and I’d probably use them again.
