Great Service My designer was wonderful. She worked with me until we came to a design that I loved. My only concern is that many of the items are out of stock or no longer available upon receiving the design. There are many items I would have purchased on the spot had they been available. Aside from that the process was simple, quick and a great experience. I found that things went quicker and smoother upon having direct email contact with the designer.I would suggest having that interaction from the beginning! Thank you!

Their focus is on fake marketing I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. This company has managed to create some high impact articles online to compare themselves with other design companies, and they live off of that. In addition to the shady marketing strategy, they also have higher prices than others, to add an additional level of credibility. Finally, they have false timelines, within 7-10 days of submitting your information. That is impressive. But I signed up with them, paid the highest package they suggested, and two months later, all I had received were long emails, and discussions of what to expect, setting up a call ( that never happened, and the designer popped on a video call using her phone and never went on camera or shared her screen), no manager ever called upon reporting a concern, and no design was submitted after 2 months of waiting. This might be the shadiest company I have ever worked with.

She listened to my wants and needs in regards and created a really beautiful design for my living room/dining/kitchen open concept area. Her and the team made my home designing experience easy. I would definitely recommend Spacejoy!

Best investment ever - taking the hassle out of home design I’ve used modsy and I am now a raving fan of spacejoy. My designer is absolutely fabulous! I have sent four different families to spacejoy because of the unique design, attention to detail, and quality of service provided. I just can’t say enough good things. Hands down the best design service that I have ever used and I am overjoyed with my new home because of spacejoy! They make design easy/peasy and have made my home truly spectacular! A shout out to my designer - Ellysia Applewhite! She is phenomenal! I’ll never buy another piece of furniture without her guidance!!!!

Disappointed, never again. Not a professional service. This was a proper waste of time and money. Spacejoy was a disappointment in every sense of the word, is more oriented to design your dollhouse rather than a proper house. Often they don't understand your requests, even if you clearly specify to them what you need, between a change and another even if a small one they took ages. No sense of style at all, I definitely won't use it again!!!
