We really liked using SpaceJoy We really liked using SpaceJoy, especially since we have such a hard time envisioning our space. They really organized it and gave us wonderful ideas for functional space use. Ordering from them was fairly easy, however, next time, we will probably order several things ourselves just so we can control pick-up in store and other options better. But having all the websites searched through and then organized is so worth it, let alone the actual design ideas. They saved us a ton of time and headaches just by getting all that done. Thank you SpaceJoy!

Good value for money I ordered several packages from Spacejoy. All designs were received by or before the promised date. The designs were nicely done and the designer Ellysia made changes accordingly and addressed any of my concerns in a timely manner. I gave 3 stars for the ordering of products. I received a confirmation upon ordering but little to no communication regarding status of deliveries ect unless I asked. It wasn’t updated in the app as stated.

Blown Away! I just received my designs from Spacejoy and am blown away! I never expected the renders to look so realistic (if only my house was this clean in real life). I already had the bulk of my furniture; but needed to tie it all together after going through a remodel this fall and was getting stuck on lighting and all the details. My designer nailed my style. I honestly expected to go through a few revisions before landing on the right design but Laura nailed it on the first concept. I will definitely use again when we are ready for the Master Bedroom!

Bait and Switch Originally purchased a crib for my daughter through this company only to find out a few days later that they were trying to juice me for more money. What a waste of time and effort. Don’t bother with this company, obviously they will not honor their prices quoted online. “This is Efren, your Customer Service Representative from SpaceJoy. I have an update for you regarding your order. The table below shows that your original item has seen a price increase from the retailer. I apologize for the inconvenience; we do our best to keep our catalog current and accurate and keep our customers apprised of any changes. If you approve of the new price, please confirm to this email. If not, I will be more than happy to provide some great-looking alternatives for you to consider.” Are you seriously going to offer an alternative versus a refund? What a complete scam this company is, what a joke!

Best investment ever - taking the hassle out of home design I’ve used modsy and I am now a raving fan of spacejoy. My designer is absolutely fabulous! I have sent four different families to spacejoy because of the unique design, attention to detail, and quality of service provided. I just can’t say enough good things. Hands down the best design service that I have ever used and I am overjoyed with my new home because of spacejoy! They make design easy/peasy and have made my home truly spectacular! A shout out to my designer - Ellysia Applewhite! She is phenomenal! I’ll never buy another piece of furniture without her guidance!!!!
