Extremely poor quality product Extremely poor quality product. Upon reaching the customer service, they just keep asking whether the product was damaged and if I could share photos or videos. I ordered frameless tiles and they are nothing but photo pasted on a poor quality sponge. What a waste.

Amazing customer service and great prints I recently placed an order for glass photos at happy tiles, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong order. Naturally, I was quite upset about the mix-up and left a negative review. However, I must say, their response was truly remarkable. They immediately rectified the situation and their customer service was absolutely top-notch. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the way they handle their clients. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend ordering from them. Not only do they offer great prices, but their work is also exceptional.

Adhesive is weak! My 12 printed photos in black frames came out great. The tiles were easily placed on my wall. I loved how everything looked for about 2 weeks. Then, I kept hearing crashes as my photos fell off the wall. The adhesive is NOT as sticky as the company claims. Over the course of maybe a month, half of my photos came crashing down in the middle of the night. They’re stuck to a clean, dry, painted wall, so it shouldn’t be an issue. After a while I got sick of them continually falling off. I placed Command Strips on the back of each frame. Happy Tiles - good in theory. Bad execution. I won’t be purchasing more, and I caution others about the weak adhesive.

Tiles do not stick well Tiles do not stick well I got my tiles in a decent timing with no issues. Clean the walls and stuck the tiles onto the wall. Within two days they were falling off of the wall. Multiple tiles fell off and 2 got stuck together and when pulling them apart one ripped the picture off of the other one. I would not recommend buying them if you have textured walls. Update: i did contact them and they were very kind in replacing the damaged tile with proof that It was damaged. Very responsive and showing that they care about their customers.

SUPER EASY-GREAT PRODUCT! It was super easy to create (I'm not the greatest at technology!) and the product was beautiful! Sometimes when you see something online, the product doesn't turn out to be as nice as it looks. Mine is beautiful! I love it! I'm going to order more for my family now that I checked out the company.
