I ordered 16 tiles back in January and… I ordered 16 tiles back in January and never and I have been back and forth with HappyTiles to send me either or a refund or a purchase. My last message, I was completely ghosted. I have not received any updates still up to today. It is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone buying from them. There customer service is not helpful at all and the issue will not be resolved.

Lightweight and easy I like that the tiles were lightweight and it came with the little leveler… It made it really easy to put up and I had them up within five minutes. Personally I would like to see the price a little bit lower… But overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Horrible service Horrible service. I usually use Mixtiles and allowed my self to support this company and still no tiles. I ordered on March 14 and not the 12th as recently stated from Mixtiles and this company. Guess what? I got my Mixtiles and still no delivery from these people. BUYER BE WARE. IM NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. AND IM LOOKING TO SUE FOR EMOTIONAL DAMAGE 💔 They responded only after I wrote this review. Yet I place 2 request for a call on their site and NO ONE RESPONDED. To be told " it's a process, 8 days turn around. Doesn't change the hurt this caused. Tomato, tomato. It still didn't give my family the treasured photos of my dad who passed away this month. I will be unable to give them out today at the funeral. So it is what it is.

Customer Service addressed issues with my order! UPDATE: happy tiles was kind enough to reach out to me regarding ny concerns and they corrected the issue. We will definitely be using the company again, I cannot wait to receive the shipment and hang the pictures. Thanks Happy Tiles! I placed an order with happy tiles 2/10/24 with expedited shipping. 5 days later I still have not seen movement on the order nor have they responded to my inquiry via customer service. I am starting to believe this is not a legit company due to the lack of communication and transparency.

Extremely poor quality product Extremely poor quality product. Upon reaching the customer service, they just keep asking whether the product was damaged and if I could share photos or videos. I ordered frameless tiles and they are nothing but photo pasted on a poor quality sponge. What a waste.
