Great customer satisfaction guaranteed They shipped & arrived really fast. The box was little crushed on the corner and 5 photo tiles were also crushed inside. Emailed the customer service and they helped me get replacement for the damaged tiles! Great customer service and great product for what I paid for.

I placed an order with happy tiles 2/10/24 with expedited shipping. 5 days later I still have not seen movement on the order nor have they responded to my inquiry via customer service. I am starting to believe this is not a legit company due to the lack of communication and transparency.

SUPER EASY-GREAT PRODUCT! It was super easy to create (I'm not the greatest at technology!) and the product was beautiful! Sometimes when you see something online, the product doesn't turn out to be as nice as it looks. Mine is beautiful! I love it! I'm going to order more for my family now that I checked out the company.

Extremely poor quality product Extremely poor quality product. Upon reaching the customer service, they just keep asking whether the product was damaged and if I could share photos or videos. I ordered frameless tiles and they are nothing but photo pasted on a poor quality sponge. What a waste.
