Horrible service Horrible service. I usually use Mixtiles and allowed my self to support this company and still no tiles. I ordered on March 14 and not the 12th as recently stated from Mixtiles and this company. Guess what? I got my Mixtiles and still no delivery from these people. BUYER BE WARE. IM NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. AND IM LOOKING TO SUE FOR EMOTIONAL DAMAGE 💔 They responded only after I wrote this review. Yet I place 2 request for a call on their site and NO ONE RESPONDED. To be told " it's a process, 8 days turn around. Doesn't change the hurt this caused. Tomato, tomato. It still didn't give my family the treasured photos of my dad who passed away this month. I will be unable to give them out today at the funeral. So it is what it is.

Extremely poor quality product Extremely poor quality product. Upon reaching the customer service, they just keep asking whether the product was damaged and if I could share photos or videos. I ordered frameless tiles and they are nothing but photo pasted on a poor quality sponge. What a waste.

Amazing customer service and great prints I recently placed an order for glass photos at happy tiles, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong order. Naturally, I was quite upset about the mix-up and left a negative review. However, I must say, their response was truly remarkable. They immediately rectified the situation and their customer service was absolutely top-notch. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the way they handle their clients. Great customer satisfaction guaranteed They shipped & arrived really fast. The box was little crushed on the corner and 5 photo tiles were also crushed inside. Emailed the customer service and they helped me get replacement for the damaged tiles! Great customer service and great product for what I paid for.
