I really love the design and style of… I really love the design and style of the hats I have purchased! Some have a more "old world- western" type of feel to them. Others have a more "chic and upbeat feel to them". Sometimes pulling off a more "younger person" feel to them! From the hats with the basic color schemes to those that are more colorful- they all make for cool signature pieces!

No Customer Support I purchased a hat a month ago for my husband for his birthday. We like the hat, but it’s too large. The reason for the negative review is due to the unintuitive exchange process and zero personal customer support. I initiated the exchange process two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a return label or at least a return address. There is no phone number available and no personal customer service. Email responses take about a week and appear to be automated since they do not address my questions.

I received it like 2 or 3 weeks later far to long but the over all quality of the hat was excellent. -

Quality for a decent price! I was nervous and excited for my hat to come in. But I followed the sizing guide and when it arrived I was surprised on how well it fit and wqs made, not to mention it was packaged very well. I will 100% make another purchase when this one wears out.
