This is a scam This is a scam, I made an order Dec 30th 2019 and I paid $400 never received the part ..10 days nothing no response from the seller, I called his scam number 866-232-5673 no one picking up, I opend a claim on PayPal and will get my money back, if you got a scam by this company just open a claim because this scammer now is reported to PayPal and credit card Reply to your response to my review You never sent the part, That’s a lie, and I got my money back, you never refunded me, I called PayPal and they checked your account and your Facebook reviews and they found the you are a scammer so they refunded me. My advice to you not to try make money by scamming ppl, Now is very easy to anyone got scammed by you to get refunded.

Bait N Switch Company Ordered a Dorma ED250 operator. Paid for expedited shipping and it took 5 days to receive the wrong operator. Nicholas tells me they provided a comparable equal to what I ordered. I call it bait n switch. You purchase a BMW and take home a KIA. Take your business elsewhere. These on line so called companies with No Listed Phone Numbers are SCAM Artist.
