GBSo unhappy!! So unhappy!!! When I received my order, I opened the package and it was broken in several pieces due to poor packaging. I have emailed Their customer support several times in the last two weeks and have not had one response from them at Shineful.net. I would never buy from this company, ever, due to their poor customer service!

GBFalse Advertising BE AWARE! I spent $46.90 on an advertised cup for my daughter who is a nurse. The cup looks nothing like what was advertised. I sent pics and wanted to return the item. They told me to keep it and they’ll send me something else of my choosing. They are not responding to my emails and I will need to report it to my bank.

GBDachshund cup Love the cup. It took a long time to arrive but I like it. May want to consider a different way to package the straw. When it arrived, one end was broken and cracked. Not a huge deal as I had intended to buy stainless straws anyway, but for the price that shouldn't have occurred.

GBAlthough the item is very nice Although the item is very nice - I cannot seem to drink out of it as there is too big a lip on the edge of the cup and it ends up spilling so very disappointed

GBPersonalized Skull Cup… I ordered the personalized skull cup and it looks even better than the picture. I absolutely love it! The shipping wasn't too bad either.
