Dauchshund Tote Tote was pretty, but thought it was to be embossed rather than printed on the material. It is not real leather but what is called vegan leather. Due to these it was disappointing so could not give it 5 stars.

Customer Service at its best My ornament was received today, and I am pleasantly surprised. It came out terrific and I can’t wait for my daughter to receive her present. The communication between the date of the order and my delivery day, was exceptional. I commend your company for their exceptional customer service. Thank you Amelia you found a great company. Beware Beware, NOT RELIABLE!! I ordered two purses and received one. Ater the second purse did not show up, I inquired about the second purse and was told someone was looking into it. Received an email saying I should receive the purse on March 25th. When it didn't arrive I inquired again and was told it should arrive by 9pm on March 29th. Still did not arrive so I sent an email letting them know I was going to report them and asked for a refund. I was told again someone would look into the issue. The purse was a gift that I wanted to deliver on Easter. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURSE! Great disappointment!

Although the item is very nice Although the item is very nice - I cannot seem to drink out of it as there is too big a lip on the edge of the cup and it ends up spilling so very disappointed

This is very beautiful This took a couple of weeks to receive and the shipping updates SUCK! However, the cup is stunning and is exactly as it was pictured. As a matter of fact, I ordered a leather bag with the same pattern today!
