This Company is Wonderful! This Company is Wonderful!! My 40 oz. Dachshund Cup arrived yesterday and it is spectacular. Beautiful to look at and so sturdy. I made a comment on Facebook and Shineful actually responded to me. If you order from Shineful you will not be disappointed.

Beware Beware, NOT RELIABLE!! I ordered two purses and received one. Ater the second purse did not show up, I inquired about the second purse and was told someone was looking into it. Received an email saying I should receive the purse on March 25th. When it didn't arrive I inquired again and was told it should arrive by 9pm on March 29th. Still did not arrive so I sent an email letting them know I was going to report them and asked for a refund. I was told again someone would look into the issue. The purse was a gift that I wanted to deliver on Easter. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURSE! Great disappointment!

False Advertising BE AWARE! I spent $46.90 on an advertised cup for my daughter who is a nurse. The cup looks nothing like what was advertised. I sent pics and wanted to return the item. They told me to keep it and they’ll send me something else of my choosing. They are not responding to my emails and I will need to report it to my bank.

I ordered 2 40oz drinking cups and they… I ordered 2 40oz drinking cups and they are really nice. The only thing is the cover I feel like I have a hard time screwing it on to make sure it's on there tightly I don't know. Anyways, I love the horses on my cup.
