USThis has been a terrible experience This has been a terrible experience! It took over 3 weeks to receive my tumblers order. When I did the packaging was extremely poor and inside the box was torn as well. One of the tumblers was missing its straws as well, I contacted the company who asked me to send them a picture of the torn box to prove there was a problem and then would get back to me. Two weeks and 3 emails later I STILL don’t have a response from them. Steer clear of this company!!

USSo unhappy!! So unhappy!!! When I received my order, I opened the package and it was broken in several pieces due to poor packaging. I have emailed Their customer support several times in the last two weeks and have not had one response from them at Shineful.net. I would never buy from this company, ever, due to their poor customer service!

USThe cup came out awesome The cup came out awesome! It arrived quickly and very well packaged so it wouldn’t get harmed in shipping. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and she was thrilled with it.

USBeware Beware, NOT RELIABLE!! I ordered two purses and received one. Ater the second purse did not show up, I inquired about the second purse and was told someone was looking into it. Received an email saying I should receive the purse on March 25th. When it didn't arrive I inquired again and was told it should arrive by 9pm on March 29th. Still did not arrive so I sent an email letting them know I was going to report them and asked for a refund. I was told again someone would look into the issue. The purse was a gift that I wanted to deliver on Easter. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURSE! Great disappointment!
