Good Quality but Subpar Instructions Headboard I wanted was out of stock, and I decided to order from FredCo because it said they were trusted by google, and it was the only website that gave me a specific restock date. The delivery date was pushed back a week, but this wasn’t a big deal because the product was out of stock so the restock was just an estimate. The instructions weren’t super helpful because it assumes that you bought the bed frame as well, and not just the headboard. The quality is really nice and it looks great. Overall a good purchase

Shopping was easy Shopping was easy, found item I wanted placed order easily and ordered it. Received text message that I would receive updates on order status, it’s been a week and haven’t heard a thing. Don’t know if it’s shipped, still waiting to ship, back ordered, or what’s going on with the order for sure. Not sure how long it’s supposed to take before you get notifications. Most places send them immediately to let you know they are working on your order, then let you know when it’s shipped and possible delivery date. I guess I wait a little longer and see what happens.

A month later and still no couch When I purchased my order, it stated it was shipping out and would arrive in 3 days or something of that timeline. It has been over a MONTH! I’m sitting in my new house with My new bed, tv, blinds, pool table, furniture, but no couch. I have no couch! Sitting on a chair from my new kitchen table. I got all those new things elsewhere and they arrived long before your order. Very disappointing. Just be honest with people and don’t pull this crap.
