GBThe company is extremely unresponsive The company is extremely unresponsive, the original email I received said the lamp would ship out in 72 hours but it did not. I've been attempting to contact them for 3 days, but no one responds to the email link, and the phone number goes no where. Abysmal communication. EDIT 02/03: I messaged them on 02/01 to finally just cancel my order. Instead, on 02/03, they respond and say it was shipped today. It has taken a month for this thing just to ship out, and when I asked that it be cancelled, they completely ignored me and sent it anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

GLGreat experience! Shopping with Original Moon Lamp was definitely a most pleasant experience. First of all,i'm more than happy with their products! The quality is awesome,and the lamps are beyond beautiful! There were difficulties about shipping to my location because of the situation with covid pandemic,but the customer service did a most amazing job,showed the max amount of kindness and patience and together we easily figured out an alternative way of getting the lamps delivered. Dear Myra,if you're reading this thank you kindly for your kindness and help,i'll never forget it! Shipping to alternate location went perfectly smooth and the lamps arrived in perfect condition,well packed and everything perfectly fitted the description. All in all, i'm more than happy with Original Moon Lamp and will make sure to shop with them again! :-)

GBI bought the Moon... I bought the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn lamp. Delivery took 10 days. Very acceptable. The lamps came with their own base and are so realistic! Also their client servicing is extremely responsive, usually within a few hours. Great buy!

BEDoes not honor promises and VERY LONG delivery time... I ordered a Moon Lamp on Dec 7. I received a tracking number and ordered early so the lamp would arrive well before Christmas (as a present). After various contacts with Customer Service (which btw does not seem to operate 24/7 and is a one-person show) I was told that if the lamp did not arrive by Christmas I would get a refund and could consider the lamp a gift if it still arrived. Although I was not amused that the delivery took so long - all the way from China obviously - so much for the "original" moon lamp! - this gesture was at least the decent thing to do. After Christmas, Dec 26, I contacted the company asking for my refund as there was no lamp. I received no refund, but instead another tracking number (the previous one never ever showed any activity) and suddenly the lamp had been delivered on Dec 27. A full three weeks after my order! It was left on the doorstep as on 27 Dec there was no-one there to receive the package anymore until January 4. I repeatedly asked the company to honor their promise as the whole experience had been very negative AND the lamp was not there before Christmas. I am still waiting for the refund. They do not react anymore.... I advise anybody who wants a Moon lamp to shop elsewhere for one. There are plenty of other suppliers out there. I just happened to pick a bad one.
