I'm in the UK and was a bit apprehensive about delivery but I needn't have worried - full tracking information was provided and it acually arrived, really well packaged, within a fortnight of my order. Customer service is excellent and, as for the moon lamp itself, it's just fabulous! Love it.

There were difficulties about shipping to my location because of the situation with covid pandemic,but the customer service did a most amazing job,showed the max amount of kindness and patience and together we easily figured out an alternative way of getting the lamps delivered. I bought one lamp of each planet I bought one lamp of each planet, arrived fast. My children love them, they can't sleep without them being turned on! Customer service is great and the packages arrived within 7 days. Highly recommended, will buy more for Christmas this year!

I have enjoyed one for years, bought another I have enjoyed the smaller moon so much over the years, I bought a second, larger one The delivery was quick but it was missing the extra charging cord I had ordered. One short email and the second cord was on the way! I really love having these on in the evenings
