PTThe lamps (I ordered 2) arrived a… The lamps (I ordered 2) arrived a little bit late, but with the situation in the world it's more than ok! Well packaged, no breaks. My daughter loves them more than anything else she has in her room. Happy dad!

USOrdered this on December 16 Ordered this on December 16. My account was billed on the 16th but it was not shipped until the 26th. Tracking information only shows activity as of Dec. 27 and it appears to still be in China. As of January 25th it still has not arrived. Sent e-mails to the company but all they said was that "it should be delivered very soon." That was 4 days ago. When I ordered this online, their website offered 12-15 days for delivery.

CA41 days since order, still haven’t received. No refund Ordered December 7th and chose 12-15day shipping. It’s January 17th now and I still haven’t received anything. Original tracking number still says It’s in China. It was a gift for Christmas so I contacted contacted them and they told me to wait. Contacted again on the 30th as the tracking still showed it in China and asked to cancel the order. They gave me a different tracking number which seems to show it being shipped On the 27th(when I’m supposed to be receiving it). Asked if this is a mistake or why it was sent this way. They didn’t respond. Told them I no longer want it and asked for my money back 3 times since. The first 2 times they just responded saying it’s on it’s way. Never responded the last time. Customer service phone number doesn’t work. Bill clearly states 12-15 business day delivery. Website is not clear where it’s shipping from.

IEThis company took my order on November… This company took my order on November 24th and said delivery was stated as 5 business days, I received confirmation of same for delivery. However it sat with the postal company for a month.... because it was coming from China! Nothing but fob offs from customer service. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered and it wont be here for Christmas... Just order off aliexpress at least you know what you are getting.

BEDoes not honor promises and VERY LONG delivery time... I ordered a Moon Lamp on Dec 7. I received a tracking number and ordered early so the lamp would arrive well before Christmas (as a present). After various contacts with Customer Service (which btw does not seem to operate 24/7 and is a one-person show) I was told that if the lamp did not arrive by Christmas I would get a refund and could consider the lamp a gift if it still arrived. Although I was not amused that the delivery took so long - all the way from China obviously - so much for the "original" moon lamp! - this gesture was at least the decent thing to do. After Christmas, Dec 26, I contacted the company asking for my refund as there was no lamp. I received no refund, but instead another tracking number (the previous one never ever showed any activity) and suddenly the lamp had been delivered on Dec 27. A full three weeks after my order! It was left on the doorstep as on 27 Dec there was no-one there to receive the package anymore until January 4. I repeatedly asked the company to honor their promise as the whole experience had been very negative AND the lamp was not there before Christmas. I am still waiting for the refund. They do not react anymore.... I advise anybody who wants a Moon lamp to shop elsewhere for one. There are plenty of other suppliers out there. I just happened to pick a bad one.
