GBLuna was very helpful in replacing my… Luna was very helpful in replacing my light. I have multiple hygger products and have had a few issues with this specific light. They have always responded immediately and got me replacement power sources and now a replacement light. I will continue to use hyggar for their customer service alone

GB24/7 full spectrum aquarium light I have the 24/7 full spectrum. Ever since purchasing this light, my plants have grown beautifully. The busyness of keeping an aquarium has gotten a little less busy, since I no longer need to remember to turn my lights off at night! No overgrown algae, no green water, just happy fish and happy plants. 10/10 tell everyone to purchase this light for their planted aquariums. About to get a second one for my newly set up aquarium. I will not be looking for other lights elsewhere in the future. Because of the light quality, I'll be looking into purchasing other products from Hygger. So far I have not been let down.

CAEconomical and effective I've had the chance to try out the Bucket-free water changer and the magnetic brush cleaner from Hygger. Both products were shipped out pretty quickly and came in perfect condition and do their job pretty well. I've also had some good communication and feedback with one of their staff. My experiences have all been positive as of today.

GBHygger LED Extendable Aquarium Light I just received my new Hygger aquarium light. It’s much brighter than what I had before. It has multiple LED color options & is extendable, but I think my favorite option is the turn-on & shut-off programmable feature. I can’t wait to order another for my 75-gallon tank!

GBHygger earned a lifetime customer!! Hygger earned some serious brand loyalty from me! I purchased (2) 36W 36 inch long hygger full spectrum aquarium lights. After about 3 months the light burned out. I reached out to hygger via email... I was skeptical. The next morning Luna reached back out to me and asked for a video to ensure the testing was accurate. She was able to confirm my findings and the next day replied with next steps for me. Luna the. Sent me a final email confirming that my replacement will be in the mail and would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. 3 business days later I got home and my new light was there! Luna was efficient, empathetic, and just awesome! Luna just earned hygger a lifetime customer. I am 12 years in the hobby and a customer service manager for a fortune 500 company. You were great!
