5-Star Customer Service I bought the 800W Hygger Aquarium Heater in November 2022. All was well until earlier this month when it stopped working. I reached out to Hygger customer service team, they responded right away and provided excellent service. After diagnosing the issue, they sent me a brand new replacement heater. Thank you so very much for the 5-star service!

Water changer I’ve tried the cleaning kit and the 49 foot water changer and I really enjoy hygger quality and thoughtful construction. The faucet attachment comes with all of the adapters and the hose I a great length without being too heavy. The attachments for the siphon are awesome as they increase the suction when attached. The shut off valves are a super bonus. Love this waterchanger!

Customer service was quick to… Luna in customer service was quick to respond to my need of a replacement for a 500 watt heating element under warranty. I contacted Hygger via email and after a short further exchange of information she sent me a new unit!

HG902 heater died after 2 months use HG902 heater died after 2 months use. No support from company. Intially responded to first email for assistance, then no response to follow up emails. Heater cost over $100. Would expect better quality and customer service when paying that amount.
