Water changer I’ve tried the cleaning kit and the 49 foot water changer and I really enjoy hygger quality and thoughtful construction. The faucet attachment comes with all of the adapters and the hose I a great length without being too heavy. The attachments for the siphon are awesome as they increase the suction when attached. The shut off valves are a super bonus. Love this waterchanger!

HG902 heater died after 2 months use HG902 heater died after 2 months use. No support from company. Intially responded to first email for assistance, then no response to follow up emails. Heater cost over $100. Would expect better quality and customer service when paying that amount.

Just trying to put together my new 5… Just trying to put together my new 5 gallon Hygger ARC shaped aquarium is disappointing. The instructions are incomplete and vague. There needs to be more illustrations for one. The piece of glass that’s included is only explained by the illustration of the completed aquarium. The filtration system is VERY confusing. I feel like the manufacturer should provide a QR code that links to step by step video on how to put the system together. I’ll give more feedback about the actual aquarium when I start to use it.

Economical and effective I've had the chance to try out the Bucket-free water changer and the magnetic brush cleaner from Hygger. Both products were shipped out pretty quickly and came in perfect condition and do their job pretty well. I've also had some good communication and feedback with one of their staff. My experiences have all been positive as of today.

I use Hygger products exclusively I use Hygger products exclusively. The only reason I will by any other brand name is if unfortunately Hygger doesn't make the products. The only thing better than any Hygger products that I found is their phenomenal Customer Service Department. I had an minor issue with a light that was well over a year old. I contacted their Customer Service Department and a replacement was in the way within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Hygger products highly enough. I use their lights, heaters, pumps, filters, air stones and even their tanks.
