THIS HEATER ALMOST KILLED ME AND THEY SHOULD NEVER BE SELLING THIS CHEAP DEATH MACHINE. I plugged it in and in a few seconds it was making a loud buzzing noise, turned bright orange and then imploded with a loud bang and filled the room with smoke and burnt electrical smell. The explosion could have killed me and set the house on fire. This happened in a matter of seconds after turning it on and it was unavoidable and left me no time to react. I'm scared to use aquarium heaters now. Take this product off the market because people will die from this and it is unsafe and illegal! I will be spreading the word about this and the fact that you ACTIVELY DELETE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT TRUTHFULLY CALL OUT THIS CHEAP BOM of a product that I purchased and it almost killed me. I am sure that you cheap cts will delete this feedback along with all your other honest reviews about how terrible these products are will just get deleted as you are all just out to screw over the consumer for a petty dollar. I hope you change your ways before someone gets hurt but who cares about the consumer as long as they buy it right? Don't buy it not quiet I'm making phytoplankton and this pump isn't quiet, it changes speed on its own somehow... If you turn it between the difference in noise, there's a low hum and a higher hum if you put dial between the two settings "high hum low hum" if you will call it that it somehow goes from one to another I might have to tape it until I find a better air pump... Idk how they call these things quiet.

Hygger earned a lifetime customer!! Hygger earned some serious brand loyalty from me! I purchased (2) 36W 36 inch long hygger full spectrum aquarium lights. After about 3 months the light burned out. I reached out to hygger via email... I was skeptical. The next morning Luna reached back out to me and asked for a video to ensure the testing was accurate. She was able to confirm my findings and the next day replied with next steps for me. Luna the. Sent me a final email confirming that my replacement will be in the mail and would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. 3 business days later I got home and my new light was there! Luna was efficient, empathetic, and just awesome! Luna just earned hygger a lifetime customer. I am 12 years in the hobby and a customer service manager for a fortune 500 company. You were great!

Hygger LED Extendable Aquarium Light I just received my new Hygger aquarium light. It’s much brighter than what I had before. It has multiple LED color options & is extendable, but I think my favorite option is the turn-on & shut-off programmable feature. I can’t wait to order another for my 75-gallon tank!

Luna was very helpful in replacing my… Luna was very helpful in replacing my light. I have multiple hygger products and have had a few issues with this specific light. They have always responded immediately and got me replacement power sources and now a replacement light. I will continue to use hyggar for their customer service alone
