GBI attempted to purchase over $1,000… I attempted to purchase over $1,000 worth of tile through TileBar using PayPal. TileBar failed to process the transaction, but I was charged. Even with a copy of my PayPal receipt, the business has been completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. They called to say they were on it, but PayPal shows that they still haven't even replied to the dispute. It's now almost a month after my original transaction.

GBNice tile but huge delays Nice tile but huge delays. I placed an $6,000 order on March 1 and most of it hasn’t even shipped as of April 2. I was told it was because they moved warehouses. OK?? That’s not my problem. They did give me a small refund for the delay, but this is holding up my whole project. The samples I ordered in January also took forever to ship. They also don’t notify you of shipment or send you a tracking number. They just tell you the day before that it’s being delivered the next day. Wouldn’t use them again.

GBLong item delay. Very bad experience! Don’t order from TileBar if you want your items on time!! Ordered March 3, was told 14 day delivery and items are still not here March 36. I am being told you have staffing issues and will be at least another 10 days!! You are holding up my entire project!!! All they said is I could cancel but if I cancel I start over with someone else so I would still have my project delayed. I want my item shipped and not another 10 days of processing before I even find out when it is coming!!! And my project is already delayed no matter what at this point. Very upset!

GBTileBar's great- But Jason is the bees knees. I use TileBar for 2 reasons- the ability to see great tiles with all the pricing, square footage info and stock status available in real time, and for Jason. Jason is always such a help to me and my team. He responds so promptly, and always seeks to find a solution swiftly and efficiently. TileBar just wouldn't be the same without Jason!

GBI was sent the wrong tile I was sent the wrong tile. I just needed to be sent the correct tile at no cost, does that too difficult? I called, emailed numerous times. I was on hold for 3 hours!! Nobody helped me. They could readily take a new order for the correct tile if I paid for it again!! Tile bar has no interest in retaining customers.They should be out of business soon!! Can’t wait
