Not only did they clarify all questions about my order, they got it to me in about 3 days - I was very, pleasantly surprised when the freight company called me, given other reviews that said it would take weeks. The tiles were in perfect shape, and we couldn't be happier with the Italian porcelain TileBar made available. We're pretty sure no one else in our area has anything like it.

Customer service, especially Mr. Robert King, was exceptional! Super prompt response, the missing box immediately sent, refund issued for the damaged tiles. We are very happy with Tile Bar and love, love, LOVE the beautiful tile. So many wonderful choices. Highly recommend Tile Bar for all tile/grout purposes.

Tilebar Is All That’s Needed! I so glad in stumbled upon Tilebar online! I order multiple samples which were inexpensive and arrived quickly. When I finally decided on tile for a bathroom and kitchen backsplash, the products, to include grout, also arrived quickly and very well packaged. I spoke to a salesperson once regarding a trim and she was very helpful and the website has been very easy to navigate. I’ll use Tilebar again for my upcoming projects, without a doubt!

Marcel goes above and beyond for his customers. Where do I even begin!? Marcel goes above and beyond for his customers. When I connected with Marcel, he was warm and very service oriented. He sent me samples of what I requested and he also shared other possible options with me. We ended up choosing a tile he had recommended instead of what we had originally selected ourselves.
