Zero Zero. This company is a scam. I had the same experience as others noted here. The item took almost 2 months to arrive. It arrived broken in a damaged box with NO labelling, packing slip or instructions. What wasn't already broken was of very poor quality. Even the return address markings were sketchy. You can tell that the positive reviews here are fake as the English syntax is almost never expressed in the manner that would be used by a native speaker. Stay away!

I've ordered from Coolightbox twice I've ordered from Coolightbox twice, the second order being caught in the pandemic. The second order was for outdoor solar path lights to replace ones from a chain store that didn't stay lit very long after dark. The ones from Coolightbox stayed lit the entire night, I was so pleased. I also ordered the cute bumblebee light string, also solar, which were equally satisfying. I was afraid that part of my second order was forever lost to the pandemic, but it looks like the last bit will be delivered sometime in the next week. I have been completely satisfied with their products and the delays caused by the pandemic can't be held against them.

My Romantic Solar lights are a perfect… My Romantic Solar lights are a perfect addition to our backyard. I am extremely picky, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received my lights that they actually exceeded my expectations. The lights are classy and light up the area with just the right amount of light. I wanted something that would look good during the day as well as light up beautifully at night and these lights did exactly that. I have received numerous complements from friends and family. We are very happy with our purchase.

I feel like I've been scammed. It's been three months since I placed an order and I've received one email (a month after the order was placed) that the package was in transit and according to their tracker, it's been at the Singapore airport ever since. Yes there are delays due to Covid but 3 months is a little excessive. I've ordered several things from overseas in the last three months including Russia, the Netherlands and France, all of which arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company.

4 star for customer service only, poor product 4 star for customer service as far as fast responsiveness, low stars for product quality and shipping. First order was delayed. Advised it was lost in transit and would reship. It was 2 solar lamps which finally arrived 3+ months later. One did not work. They replaced it, but very poor packaging from Chine to Canada caused it to arrive as shattered glass. Finally they agreed to refund me for the 2nd light, but now I have the first which doesn't match anything.
