"Moon light" I received my "Moon" light and I just simply LOVE IT!! Soo beautiful how it shimmers at night. I will be ordering other lights in the near future.

Solar lights I ordered my solar lights from Coolight-box about 35 days ago, and received them yesterday. It said in the order form it would take 30 to 40 days for delivery. So it was within the time frame. The lights were absolutely stunning, and they lit up the same night as I placed them outside. I am very happy about them and would reccomend them to others. I shared pictures of them on Facebook, and by chance a friend of mine in the USA have the exact same lights.

I feel like I've been scammed. It's been three months since I placed an order and I've received one email (a month after the order was placed) that the package was in transit and according to their tracker, it's been at the Singapore airport ever since. Yes there are delays due to Covid but 3 months is a little excessive. I've ordered several things from overseas in the last three months including Russia, the Netherlands and France, all of which arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company.

Made a purchase and never received confirmation or the product I made a purchase on May 28th, they said they would send me a confirmation email with my order number SHORTLY. I still have not received any confirmation email, so I'm not even sure I'll ever receive my purchased lamps, even though I've paid almost 100 dollars for them... it was a present and I'm just very disappointed!

A positive experience Im really surprised at these reviews as my experience was absolutely fine. I ordered 5 solar crackle garden lights on 7th April, they came in 3 separate deliveries, and I accepted that it would take longer due to the covid situation. Although the packaging could be better, all lights were delivered and were fine except one. I emailed them to ask for a replacement as the bulb on the light was so far down the shaft, you couldn’t see it. They sent me a complete replacement which arrived yesterday (within 2 weeks), so my experience has been a positive one.
