CAI feel like I've been scammed. It's been three months since I placed an order and I've received one email (a month after the order was placed) that the package was in transit and according to their tracker, it's been at the Singapore airport ever since. Yes there are delays due to Covid but 3 months is a little excessive. I've ordered several things from overseas in the last three months including Russia, the Netherlands and France, all of which arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company.

AU1 light not working Bought 2 of the lotus lights with no problems. Arrived fairly quickly however after about 2 weeks 1 of the lights stopped working. I have tried everything to get it to work including changing the battery. The other is still working fine. I emailed to complain about this but received no reply. Very disapointed

GBI was most impressed with both of these… I was most impressed with both of these lanterns. They work very well and provide beautiful designs on the concrete patio. I am very happy with my purchase so far and would definitely love to buy more. Absolutely gorgeous and lightweight.

GBI've ordered from Coolightbox twice I've ordered from Coolightbox twice, the second order being caught in the pandemic. The second order was for outdoor solar path lights to replace ones from a chain store that didn't stay lit very long after dark. The ones from Coolightbox stayed lit the entire night, I was so pleased. I also ordered the cute bumblebee light string, also solar, which were equally satisfying. I was afraid that part of my second order was forever lost to the pandemic, but it looks like the last bit will be delivered sometime in the next week. I have been completely satisfied with their products and the delays caused by the pandemic can't be held against them.

GBI love my lights I love my lights. It arrived in very good time. There was an issue with one of the lights, and I contacted the company with pics & a video of what was wrong, and they sent a replacement, which also arrived in good time. I think they’re an excellent company to work with. And did I mention I love my lights???
