1 light not working Bought 2 of the lotus lights with no problems. Arrived fairly quickly however after about 2 weeks 1 of the lights stopped working. I have tried everything to get it to work including changing the battery. The other is still working fine. I emailed to complain about this but received no reply. Very disapointed

Scam company Scam company. Item arrived damaged and was told I had to pay for shipping costs to return, despite their scam website saying ‘quality’ issues are eligible for returns where cost is covered by them. Do not bother.

Christmas and beyond! I ordered these products as Christmas gifts so haven't actually seen them in use. I am very excited to give them as gifts as they are beautiful and will fit the individuals receiving them perfectly. If I win this gift from you, I will place an order so I can proudly display a light at my house and spread the word on where it comes from!

I've ordered from Coolightbox twice I've ordered from Coolightbox twice, the second order being caught in the pandemic. The second order was for outdoor solar path lights to replace ones from a chain store that didn't stay lit very long after dark. The ones from Coolightbox stayed lit the entire night, I was so pleased. I also ordered the cute bumblebee light string, also solar, which were equally satisfying. I was afraid that part of my second order was forever lost to the pandemic, but it looks like the last bit will be delivered sometime in the next week. I have been completely satisfied with their products and the delays caused by the pandemic can't be held against them.

A positive experience Im really surprised at these reviews as my experience was absolutely fine. I ordered 5 solar crackle garden lights on 7th April, they came in 3 separate deliveries, and I accepted that it would take longer due to the covid situation. Although the packaging could be better, all lights were delivered and were fine except one. I emailed them to ask for a replacement as the bulb on the light was so far down the shaft, you couldn’t see it. They sent me a complete replacement which arrived yesterday (within 2 weeks), so my experience has been a positive one.
