AU1 light not working Bought 2 of the lotus lights with no problems. Arrived fairly quickly however after about 2 weeks 1 of the lights stopped working. I have tried everything to get it to work including changing the battery. The other is still working fine. I emailed to complain about this but received no reply. Very disapointed

GBYou may not think a few little lights… You may not think a few little lights will lift your spirits, but they will. I’ve purchased several different light sets in the last few months because just looking at them makes me feel happy. Everything arrived in order and they are super easy to use. Highly recommend this company.

GBDisappointed I ordered my light over 40 days ago and have not received it. It has been in the states over 30 days according to the tracking. I contacted customer service and they responded it was still on its way. It is in Bloomington CA score the past 12 days where their “shipping partner” newgistics is located. Very disappointed!

CA4 star for customer service only, poor product 4 star for customer service as far as fast responsiveness, low stars for product quality and shipping. First order was delayed. Advised it was lost in transit and would reship. It was 2 solar lamps which finally arrived 3+ months later. One did not work. They replaced it, but very poor packaging from Chine to Canada caused it to arrive as shattered glass. Finally they agreed to refund me for the 2nd light, but now I have the first which doesn't match anything.

GBMade a purchase and never received confirmation or the product I made a purchase on May 28th, they said they would send me a confirmation email with my order number SHORTLY. I still have not received any confirmation email, so I'm not even sure I'll ever receive my purchased lamps, even though I've paid almost 100 dollars for them... it was a present and I'm just very disappointed!
