UPDATE UPDATE: Since my last review I’ve received and corresponded to numerous emails. I’ve requested a refund for a missing and a broken product several times. They don’t listen to their customers. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card to get my money back. Their customer service is nonexistent. They tell lies to you stating that items have been shipped, that in fact have not, and are sitting in a warehouse in China when tracked. I cannot state this enough, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!

A positive experience Im really surprised at these reviews as my experience was absolutely fine. I ordered 5 solar crackle garden lights on 7th April, they came in 3 separate deliveries, and I accepted that it would take longer due to the covid situation. Although the packaging could be better, all lights were delivered and were fine except one. I emailed them to ask for a replacement as the bulb on the light was so far down the shaft, you couldn’t see it. They sent me a complete replacement which arrived yesterday (within 2 weeks), so my experience has been a positive one.

Love every single one of my solar lights! Love every single one of my solar lights and lanterns. They survive all kinds of weather, and are quality materials. I had an issue with one spike giving way after 2 seasons outside. I emailed them, and they’re sending me a replacement set of spikes. Very happy!

You may not think a few little lights… You may not think a few little lights will lift your spirits, but they will. I’ve purchased several different light sets in the last few months because just looking at them makes me feel happy. Everything arrived in order and they are super easy to use. Highly recommend this company.

Made a purchase and never received confirmation or the product I made a purchase on May 28th, they said they would send me a confirmation email with my order number SHORTLY. I still have not received any confirmation email, so I'm not even sure I'll ever receive my purchased lamps, even though I've paid almost 100 dollars for them... it was a present and I'm just very disappointed!
