AUFantastic rug , fantastic customer service Was very happy with the Colour and quality of the rug , softer than I expected, and the rug underlay made it nice to walk on BUT although the rug was true to Colour , when in my room competed with my mural - I contacted Rugital , and the customer service was brilliant, they offered to let me swap the rug , or get a full refund, I opted for a full refund at this point , and the refund was prompt - I certainly would buy again from this company, and highly recommend rugital

AUScam company Company is a scam. Zero communication despite numerous attempts to reach out to them via email and phone. Item never turned up and tracking numbers provided were fake. Avoid this dodgy company, will take your money and you will never receive your goods or even a response. Very disappointing
