Whats going on?? My order has not arrived and to my knowledge after numerous phone calls hasn't even shipped??? As i said I own Blue Martini in Las Vegas and was planning on purchasing numerous pits and have paid someone to install this and coordinated the delivery and installation that was supposed to be done Friday?? Please let me know what the status is! Thank You

Terrible customer service After waiting 2 weeks for my product, which I was entirely ok with, it never arrived. I Then called to inquire about the delay. With no answer, I left a message explaining the situation and asking that a rep please call me back. The following day with no notification my order was cancelled and refunded. I then called again, now annoyed that after waiting 2 weeks my order was just cancelled without notification or warning. The rep then explained they no longer have the item in stock. I should have been notified and not had to reach out on my own. What if I didn't call, would they have just held my $1,000 purchase...

Great service before and after the sale I ordered a grill, got a fair price, and quick delivery, and used the bill me later option with PayPal. Grill was mostly preassembled and easy to set up. There were some screws missing on the rotisserie assembly, and George responded asap to my email and sent replacements. Later, when under warranty the side light broke and the igniter failed, once again, an immediate email acknowledgement and the parts showed up. I will definitely repeat as a customer.

Great price, good delivey, a few glass beads exploded The price and service was great. We did however have multiple glass beads literally blow up/explode while we were enjoying our fire pit outside. No the most safe, we do have a large amount of beads and out of the total amount approximately 3-4 beads exploded.
