GBCopper fire glass We ordered the 1/2 inch Cooper Reflective American Fireglass and it is beautiful in our outdoor fire pit. The price was the best we could find on the web. Customer service notified us later that the glass was out of stock and offered to provide another glass that was actually more expensive. We elected to keep our original order and it was back in stock and delivered very quickly. We are very pleased with the product and service!

GBWould not purchase from them again. Poor communication Waited 2 weeks for my "in stock" item. Still had not shipped and no email updates about the status. Purchase did not show up on my account page. Called 800 number and its not the company. They can not answer any question and just take down your information. I will say once I disputed the charges with PayPal I received a refund the same day. Repurchased the same product from other on line retailer and it was at my house in 3 days.

GBVery Poor Customer Service I placed an order for 19" stainless steel insert. I was shipped (2) 25" SS inserts. I called customer support and got a phone call back within (2) days. The gentleman left message and stated how sorry he was I received wrong merchandise. He stated I would get an email with return authorization but could wait till I received correct product to return. It has now been over a week and nothing no email. I have left an additional (2) messages and no replies. Getting ready to stop payment.

GBpoor customer service Still haven't received my order- 13459-, and no one from customer service returns calls or emails. I just want a shipping update. I'm sure their product will be of the same quality if I ever receive it. I'm in retail, so not asking for much.
