poor customer service Still haven't received my order- 13459-, and no one from customer service returns calls or emails. I just want a shipping update. I'm sure their product will be of the same quality if I ever receive it. I'm in retail, so not asking for much.

Product in stock when ordered Product in stock when ordered. After waiting one week for tracking, I emailed for status with no response. I then left message on site contact form with no response. I then called and had to leave message which was returned at 7 pm that night and was told product was out of stock and would not be back in stock until next month. No attempt to inform me of delays or issues and it took three attempts to get status. I immediately canceled order and went to their competitor who had exact same product in my hands two days later. It goes without saying I will never use this company and I repeat my experience every chance I get. Consider yourself lucky for the second star.

Curious that you would ask my opinion Good products and excellent initial contact. Very informative and helpful.. Trouble is that my order has never been completed! I've emailed and recieved responses but as of yet I have not recieved all the products I paid for!! I'd honestly given up. I figured I'd have to chalk this one up to experience. What happens now will determine two things... my future business and the real quality of the company.. We'll see huh

Returned damaged goods and had to dispute credit card charges to get a refund. I ordered the wrong unit, they replaced it no charge but billed me twice, once for each log unit. Second unit arrived in pieces. The delivery timeline was slow to arrive and I had to ship back the damaged unit. At which point, I cancelled my order all together. After verifying the return delivery of both units to the distributor through UPS I still did not receive a credit for two charges of over $900 each. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. NEVER again!

Super duper Great product. Went together super easy (a screwdriver and my 50+ year old lady hands and decent directions.) Absolutely beautiful product -- helps prevent the wind blowing the flames flat. ALSO -- I was very impressed with the packaging. Minimal and secure. Everything arrived in one piece. A+ all the way.
