Whats going on?? My order has not arrived and to my knowledge after numerous phone calls hasn't even shipped??? As i said I own Blue Martini in Las Vegas and was planning on purchasing numerous pits and have paid someone to install this and coordinated the delivery and installation that was supposed to be done Friday?? Great Product, Challening Communication We love this company for their fantastic products. However we ordered the product and were told it shipped about four times before we finally got confirmation. We called and didn't get calls back. We emailed questions without a great response. The product is the best, so we will probably keep ordering, but if it is a timely situation, you might want to order many weeks in advance.

Copper fire glass We ordered the 1/2 inch Cooper Reflective American Fireglass and it is beautiful in our outdoor fire pit. The price was the best we could find on the web. Customer service notified us later that the glass was out of stock and offered to provide another glass that was actually more expensive. We elected to keep our original order and it was back in stock and delivered very quickly. We are very pleased with the product and service!

Great price, good delivey, a few glass beads exploded The price and service was great. We did however have multiple glass beads literally blow up/explode while we were enjoying our fire pit outside. No the most safe, we do have a large amount of beads and out of the total amount approximately 3-4 beads exploded.
