Super duper Great product. Went together super easy (a screwdriver and my 50+ year old lady hands and decent directions.) Absolutely beautiful product -- helps prevent the wind blowing the flames flat. ALSO -- I was very impressed with the packaging. Minimal and secure. Everything arrived in one piece. A+ all the way.

Order online, not by phone If you can order online you won't have any problems. They are a good company with trustworthy products, and they get the product out of the warehouse very fast. On two separate orders they called me back several days later after leaving them a message. In each case, I had already ordered the item online. I even had tracking numbers. In short, I will continue to order from Cornerstone but only online.

if I could give a negative number I would after ordering a week had lapsed and tried to get in touch w customer service. if you try, you get the voicemail box so i tried the order desk. they gave the standard line they read "due to high call volume they are busy, etc. can i take a message?" with no response back from customer svc. i tried this about 4 or 5 times, the only way i was able to communicate directly was through chat. finally after 2+ weeks i asked to cancel my order and by miracle the order was shipped out already. terrible customer service and response. by the way the order desk were simply outsourced call center employees, not their own employees so i finally figured out why it sounded like they were reading from a script when i asked to speak to customer service.

Great service before and after the sale I ordered a grill, got a fair price, and quick delivery, and used the bill me later option with PayPal. Grill was mostly preassembled and easy to set up. There were some screws missing on the rotisserie assembly, and George responded asap to my email and sent replacements. Later, when under warranty the side light broke and the igniter failed, once again, an immediate email acknowledgement and the parts showed up. I will definitely repeat as a customer.

Copper fire glass We ordered the 1/2 inch Cooper Reflective American Fireglass and it is beautiful in our outdoor fire pit. The price was the best we could find on the web. Customer service notified us later that the glass was out of stock and offered to provide another glass that was actually more expensive. We elected to keep our original order and it was back in stock and delivered very quickly. We are very pleased with the product and service!
