USDO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS… DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS FURNATURE COMPANY. DO NOT PUTCHASE THERE SCAM WARANTY . They sell you a warranty and when you need to file a claim They blame everything on wear and tear. But when you Purchase the plan, Old Brick has there sales people lie right to you face and tell you it covers everything MGF defects, pet damage ANYTHING that happens its covered.. but they don't tell you there are hidden stipulations. you never see them until you get a claim that you have to file. And to the Customer care Witch you are rude and nasty, should be fired. There are many reviews online with several people having the same issue I have with the scam warranty. I have filed small claims with Clifton park town court and have sent a claim to the Attorney general and BBB about the actions and scam along with taking advantage of customers. Old brick Screws their customers that support them in there community's. Shame on them. I will never buy from them again or I will always recommend people stay away from them.

USWhen my $5000.00 sofa $300,00 of which… When my $5000.00 sofa $300,00 of which was for delivery, was delivered I was unaware that my two cushion light weight sofa that was as just inside my door was not going to be at least put outside for me. Im from the old school and it is despicable that they use every excuse they can to eliminate costumer service. I will certainly pass the word every chance I get. P.S. don’t shop Old Brick

USScam The one star is for the people who are nice and try to be helpful. Having said that, I will never buy another piece of furniture there again NOT will I buy the coverage protection plan. My wife and I had a dining room table purchased in 2016. The plan only covers accidental damage (which we recently had), BUT the policy company (Montagefs.com) used the normal wear and tear of the table as a reason to deny our claim. Basically they are using the condition of the table that I couldn't claim under the policy (normal wear and tear) to deny a legitimate claim (accident). Old Brick's answer was that I should have been filing claims along the way as the table aged even if the claim would have been denied. I'm not exactly sure how that would have helped because they wouldn't have fixed any issues caused by normal wear and tear. They just would have denied the claim as normal wear and tear.

USGreat furniture & service, rough delivery The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

USThe prices were great but my "solid … The prices were great but my "solid wood" furniture already has chips in it - it seems that the color of the wood was not true stained wood, but rather it is paint *paint that peeled off in one area. there are 3 areas on my master bed that have chipped/scratched and a scratch on my guest bed. I have had these products for just over a month and we use the furniture only on weekends because it is at our summer home. I'm very disappointed with the quality. We did not purchase the "protection plan" that my saleswoman was trying to pitch to us - probably a good idea. Cheap prices unfortunately equate to cheap quality
