GBSouthern Motion Electric Recliner Chair We purchased Southern Motion electric recliner chairs and an electric recliner sofa. My husband electronic recliner chair has been worked on twice since September 2016. It is still not right and each time we have to wait a month to be seen and another month for the part to come in and be installed. Old Brick sales people said it was a very good company. Personally I'm not so sure on that.

GBI was sold a used couch I was sold a used couch. When it arrived the stitching was frayed and the guys delivering it said it was probably a factory defect. After they left I folded down the arm rest and it was filled with crumbs and water stains from drinks. What a joke. They righted there wrong and sent me a new couch and waived the delivery fee, but the fact that happened after spending almost $2000 is unacceptable

GBi am an 89 year old women.I recently … i am an 89 year old women.I recently purchased a recliner form Old Brick and was told it would take about 7 days to 10 days.34 days later I still did not have it.No one bothered to call and advise me of the delay and why..I finally did get it and am very happy with however, very disappointed in their lack of consideration and customer service.

GBGreat furniture & service, rough delivery The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

GBWrong furniture piece ordered Wrong furniture piece delivered, staff at store was initially unhelpful and rude. This was a $2,000 plus love seat purchase now have to wait another 30 days ordered for Sick wife no compensation offered. Will not use old Brick again ever.
