I was sold a used couch I was sold a used couch. When it arrived the stitching was frayed and the guys delivering it said it was probably a factory defect. After they left I folded down the arm rest and it was filled with crumbs and water stains from drinks. What a joke. They righted there wrong and sent me a new couch and waived the delivery fee, but the fact that happened after spending almost $2000 is unacceptable

Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.

He had good suggestions for level of mattress/box spring available for the use I needed. I would recommend this retail store for any other purchases of furniture and bedding.

Why do you not have more options Why do you not have more options, so we could look at various facets of your operation. Since you did not ask, I will offer. Delivery staff was excellent. Store staff was reasonable. Selection was fair. Cannot comment on price as I did not shop around.
