Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of receptionist. I waited 12 weeks which came damaged, when reordered, another 12 weeks and they order the wrong size, reordered, waited another 12 weeks and they sent me the wrong size again! Bad service manager!

We are not so happy with our furniture We are not so happy with our furniture. The large couch is uncomfortable when you want to lay down on it, and the ends are hard, it hurts your head to lay your head down. They recline but they start laying you down when you hit the recline button, you might want to recline but still sit up. My husband is very disappointed with this set. I like it but not very much.

Why do you not have more options Why do you not have more options, so we could look at various facets of your operation. Since you did not ask, I will offer. Delivery staff was excellent. Store staff was reasonable. Selection was fair. Cannot comment on price as I did not shop around.
