The prices were great but my "solid … The prices were great but my "solid wood" furniture already has chips in it - it seems that the color of the wood was not true stained wood, but rather it is paint *paint that peeled off in one area. there are 3 areas on my master bed that have chipped/scratched and a scratch on my guest bed. I have had these products for just over a month and we use the furniture only on weekends because it is at our summer home. I'm very disappointed with the quality. We did not purchase the "protection plan" that my saleswoman was trying to pitch to us - probably a good idea. Cheap prices unfortunately equate to cheap quality

Sunny Design TV Console I bought the Sunny Design TV Console with Barn Doors with the dark chocolate finish. When it was delivered the top had about 1/3 of the area unfinished wood. When I asked the delivery man if this was normal he said yes, it's made from reclaimed wood (which is a lie according to the materials listed on the website). In addition, the top does not match the front doors, which have a distressed look, the top has a destroyed look. The picture on the website doesn't depict a destroyed top. Now I know why this piece of furniture was stacked on top of 2 other entertainment centers in the store. In additional there's also a hole drilled clearly in a wrong spot where the shelves go. Edit: Within a couple hours of posting this review customer service kindly called and offered to replace the damaged piece at no additional charge. Working with them has been a pleasure.

Scam The one star is for the people who are nice and try to be helpful. Having said that, I will never buy another piece of furniture there again NOT will I buy the coverage protection plan. My wife and I had a dining room table purchased in 2016. The plan only covers accidental damage (which we recently had), BUT the policy company (Montagefs.com) used the normal wear and tear of the table as a reason to deny our claim. Basically they are using the condition of the table that I couldn't claim under the policy (normal wear and tear) to deny a legitimate claim (accident). Old Brick's answer was that I should have been filing claims along the way as the table aged even if the claim would have been denied. I'm not exactly sure how that would have helped because they wouldn't have fixed any issues caused by normal wear and tear. They just would have denied the claim as normal wear and tear.

Wrong furniture piece ordered Wrong furniture piece delivered, staff at store was initially unhelpful and rude. This was a $2,000 plus love seat purchase now have to wait another 30 days ordered for Sick wife no compensation offered. Will not use old Brick again ever.
