My husband electronic recliner chair has been worked on twice since September 2016. It is still not right and each time we have to wait a month to be seen and another month for the part to come in and be installed. Old Brick sales people said it was a very good company. Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.
