GBWe are not so happy with our furniture We are not so happy with our furniture. The large couch is uncomfortable when you want to lay down on it, and the ends are hard, it hurts your head to lay your head down. They recline but they start laying you down when you hit the recline button, you might want to recline but still sit up. My husband is very disappointed with this set. I like it but not very much.

GBSouthern Motion Electric Recliner Chair We purchased Southern Motion electric recliner chairs and an electric recliner sofa. My husband electronic recliner chair has been worked on twice since September 2016. It is still not right and each time we have to wait a month to be seen and another month for the part to come in and be installed. Old Brick sales people said it was a very good company. Personally I'm not so sure on that.

GBMy furniture was damaged before arrival … My furniture was damaged before arrival noticed it when they started unwrapping the plastic and cardboard. They told me somebody will come out and look at it they won't replace the whole couch.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of receptionist. I waited 12 weeks which came damaged, when reordered, another 12 weeks and they order the wrong size, reordered, waited another 12 weeks and they sent me the wrong size again! Bad service manager!

GBSalespeople very helpful and … Salespeople very helpful and knowledgeable in Albany store. Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.
