Scam The one star is for the people who are nice and try to be helpful. Having said that, I will never buy another piece of furniture there again NOT will I buy the coverage protection plan. My wife and I had a dining room table purchased in 2016. The plan only covers accidental damage (which we recently had), BUT the policy company (Montagefs.com) used the normal wear and tear of the table as a reason to deny our claim. Basically they are using the condition of the table that I couldn't claim under the policy (normal wear and tear) to deny a legitimate claim (accident). Old Brick's answer was that I should have been filing claims along the way as the table aged even if the claim would have been denied. I'm not exactly sure how that would have helped because they wouldn't have fixed any issues caused by normal wear and tear. They just would have denied the claim as normal wear and tear.

I ordered a sofa I ordered a sofa, but ended up receiving the wrong fabric which I originally selected. I did take a photo (fortunately ) of the fabric I THOUGHT I ORDERED, did not take down name as I thought all information was recorded accurately. I am not really 100% satisfied with the options which were given to me to remedy the situation. In fact, we played the game of Old Brick stating to me "what do you think would be a fair option?" It was if they were waiting for me to come up with the solution and then take a cue from what I presented as any option to begin negotiating much like a purchasing a new car! Of course, any option would require waiting time and or an out of pocket cost to me Could have been a bit more pro active on their end and at least a bit more concerned. Since no one has any idea of what the original fabric I selected was its like starting from scratch and on top of it waiting 7 weeks. And I like the products Old Brick has to offer too but will hesitate to shop there in the future due to this mix up. ..

They sell you a warranty and when you need to file a claim They blame everything on wear and tear. But when you Purchase the plan, Old Brick has there sales people lie right to you face and tell you it covers everything MGF defects, pet damage ANYTHING that happens its covered.. but they don't tell you there are hidden stipulations. you never see them until you get a claim that you have to file. And to the Customer care Witch you are rude and nasty, should be fired. There are many reviews online with several people having the same issue I have with the scam warranty. I have filed small claims with Clifton park town court and have sent a claim to the Attorney general and BBB about the actions and scam along with taking advantage of customers. Old brick Screws their customers that support them in there community's. Shame on them. I will never buy from them again or I will always recommend people stay away from them.

Purchased a mattress and box spring for … Purchased a mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom. Sales person was attentive but not really pushy. He had good suggestions for level of mattress/box spring available for the use I needed. I would recommend this retail store for any other purchases of furniture and bedding.

Wrong furniture piece ordered Wrong furniture piece delivered, staff at store was initially unhelpful and rude. This was a $2,000 plus love seat purchase now have to wait another 30 days ordered for Sick wife no compensation offered. Will not use old Brick again ever.
