Good stuff at good prices We've bought virtually all our furniture at Old Brick - bunk beds, full bedroom set, entertainment center, couch & love seat, mattress, etc. They don't sell junk and the prices are good. If you want help, there's plenty of staff walking around, offering to help without being pushy. If you're just browsing, they'll leave you alone. Old Brick has a good selection on bedroom furniture, mattresses, couches, and nice chairs. They have a modest selection of dining/kitchen tables & chairs, entertainment centers, end/coffee tables.

My furniture was damaged before arrival … My furniture was damaged before arrival noticed it when they started unwrapping the plastic and cardboard. They told me somebody will come out and look at it they won't replace the whole couch.

Wrong furniture piece ordered Wrong furniture piece delivered, staff at store was initially unhelpful and rude. This was a $2,000 plus love seat purchase now have to wait another 30 days ordered for Sick wife no compensation offered. Will not use old Brick again ever.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of receptionist. I waited 12 weeks which came damaged, when reordered, another 12 weeks and they order the wrong size, reordered, waited another 12 weeks and they sent me the wrong size again! Bad service manager!

Salespeople very helpful and … Salespeople very helpful and knowledgeable in Albany store. Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.
