Great furniture & service, rough delivery The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

We are not so happy with our furniture We are not so happy with our furniture. The large couch is uncomfortable when you want to lay down on it, and the ends are hard, it hurts your head to lay your head down. They recline but they start laying you down when you hit the recline button, you might want to recline but still sit up. My husband is very disappointed with this set. I like it but not very much.

The prices were great but my "solid … The prices were great but my "solid wood" furniture already has chips in it - it seems that the color of the wood was not true stained wood, but rather it is paint *paint that peeled off in one area. there are 3 areas on my master bed that have chipped/scratched and a scratch on my guest bed. I have had these products for just over a month and we use the furniture only on weekends because it is at our summer home. I'm very disappointed with the quality. We did not purchase the "protection plan" that my saleswoman was trying to pitch to us - probably a good idea. Cheap prices unfortunately equate to cheap quality

I ordered a sofa I ordered a sofa, but ended up receiving the wrong fabric which I originally selected. I did take a photo (fortunately ) of the fabric I THOUGHT I ORDERED, did not take down name as I thought all information was recorded accurately. I am not really 100% satisfied with the options which were given to me to remedy the situation. In fact, we played the game of Old Brick stating to me "what do you think would be a fair option?" It was if they were waiting for me to come up with the solution and then take a cue from what I presented as any option to begin negotiating much like a purchasing a new car! Of course, any option would require waiting time and or an out of pocket cost to me Could have been a bit more pro active on their end and at least a bit more concerned. Since no one has any idea of what the original fabric I selected was its like starting from scratch and on top of it waiting 7 weeks. And I like the products Old Brick has to offer too but will hesitate to shop there in the future due to this mix up. ..

Good stuff at good prices We've bought virtually all our furniture at Old Brick - bunk beds, full bedroom set, entertainment center, couch & love seat, mattress, etc. They don't sell junk and the prices are good. If you want help, there's plenty of staff walking around, offering to help without being pushy. If you're just browsing, they'll leave you alone. Old Brick has a good selection on bedroom furniture, mattresses, couches, and nice chairs. They have a modest selection of dining/kitchen tables & chairs, entertainment centers, end/coffee tables.
