GBMy furniture was damaged before arrival … My furniture was damaged before arrival noticed it when they started unwrapping the plastic and cardboard. They told me somebody will come out and look at it they won't replace the whole couch.

GBI was sold a used couch I was sold a used couch. When it arrived the stitching was frayed and the guys delivering it said it was probably a factory defect. After they left I folded down the arm rest and it was filled with crumbs and water stains from drinks. What a joke. They righted there wrong and sent me a new couch and waived the delivery fee, but the fact that happened after spending almost $2000 is unacceptable

GBGood stuff at good prices We've bought virtually all our furniture at Old Brick - bunk beds, full bedroom set, entertainment center, couch & love seat, mattress, etc. They don't sell junk and the prices are good. If you want help, there's plenty of staff walking around, offering to help without being pushy. If you're just browsing, they'll leave you alone. Old Brick has a good selection on bedroom furniture, mattresses, couches, and nice chairs. They have a modest selection of dining/kitchen tables & chairs, entertainment centers, end/coffee tables.

GBGreat furniture & service, rough delivery The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

GBWhen my $5000.00 sofa $300,00 of which… When my $5000.00 sofa $300,00 of which was for delivery, was delivered I was unaware that my two cushion light weight sofa that was as just inside my door was not going to be at least put outside for me. Im from the old school and it is despicable that they use every excuse they can to eliminate costumer service. I will certainly pass the word every chance I get. P.S. don’t shop Old Brick
