Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.

After they left I folded down the arm rest and it was filled with crumbs and water stains from drinks. What a joke. They righted there wrong and sent me a new couch and waived the delivery fee, but the fact that happened after spending almost $2000 is unacceptable
