GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of receptionist. I waited 12 weeks which came damaged, when reordered, another 12 weeks and they order the wrong size, reordered, waited another 12 weeks and they sent me the wrong size again! Bad service manager!

GBVery relaxed shopping experience Very relaxed shopping experience, no pressure. We ordered a chair and it was received as expected. Only slight issue was upholstery work- lined pattern not well done on arms leave waved pattern.

GBWhy do you not have more options Why do you not have more options, so we could look at various facets of your operation. Since you did not ask, I will offer. Delivery staff was excellent. Store staff was reasonable. Selection was fair. Cannot comment on price as I did not shop around.

GBSouthern Motion Electric Recliner Chair We purchased Southern Motion electric recliner chairs and an electric recliner sofa. My husband electronic recliner chair has been worked on twice since September 2016. It is still not right and each time we have to wait a month to be seen and another month for the part to come in and be installed. Old Brick sales people said it was a very good company. Personally I'm not so sure on that.
