GBWhy do you not have more options Why do you not have more options, so we could look at various facets of your operation. Since you did not ask, I will offer. Delivery staff was excellent. Store staff was reasonable. Selection was fair. Cannot comment on price as I did not shop around.

GBGreat furniture & service, rough delivery The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

GBGood stuff at good prices We've bought virtually all our furniture at Old Brick - bunk beds, full bedroom set, entertainment center, couch & love seat, mattress, etc. They don't sell junk and the prices are good. If you want help, there's plenty of staff walking around, offering to help without being pushy. If you're just browsing, they'll leave you alone. Old Brick has a good selection on bedroom furniture, mattresses, couches, and nice chairs. They have a modest selection of dining/kitchen tables & chairs, entertainment centers, end/coffee tables.

GBSalespeople very helpful and … Salespeople very helpful and knowledgeable in Albany store. Product arrived protected and delivery men did a great job unpacking, setting up, and checking the mechanicals. Only thing that can be tweaked to help the customer is to call the night before delivery with the two hour delivery time. Didn't like not hearing anything from The Old Brick until the day of delivery.

GBScam The one star is for the people who are nice and try to be helpful. Having said that, I will never buy another piece of furniture there again NOT will I buy the coverage protection plan. My wife and I had a dining room table purchased in 2016. The plan only covers accidental damage (which we recently had), BUT the policy company (Montagefs.com) used the normal wear and tear of the table as a reason to deny our claim. Basically they are using the condition of the table that I couldn't claim under the policy (normal wear and tear) to deny a legitimate claim (accident). Old Brick's answer was that I should have been filing claims along the way as the table aged even if the claim would have been denied. I'm not exactly sure how that would have helped because they wouldn't have fixed any issues caused by normal wear and tear. They just would have denied the claim as normal wear and tear.
