Average The customer journey/experience is poor. The quality of the product is above average which brings the review up to average. We purchased our furniture and expected delivery within a few weeks. Actual time was months. Attempts to speak with our salesperson after the sale were beyond difficult. They clearly do not care about the customer post sale. Items delivered were damaged. It took months to receive the replacement items. Again phone calls to ask about status were not returned. We had to initiate all calls. Would not shop here again.

Fabulous Company I have bought several fabulous items from Collectic Home and my friends always compliment me on these selections - from a sofa, chairs, and artwork. The whole store just inspires me because everything is so cool. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased over the years. Go and check it our for yourself!!

Cool inventory, superb service I've bought a number of items from this locally-owned boutique shop in Rollingwood over the years and it's always been a great experience. All the salespeople are well informed and helpful, but not overly so--for independent shoppers like myself, they provide just enough assistance for me to make a clear, smart decision. Products have been excellent quality at a fair price. A much more pleasant experience than shopping at a big chain store--I check them out first whenever I need anything.
