GBMy Collectic Home Purchase Went Totally Smoothly I ordered two Euroway swivel chairs and a matching ottoman from Collectic. I think I mostly dealt with a person named Genevieve. The pricing seemed fair, my order came in during the correct timeframe, everything was as I wanted it. I picked it up at their warehouse over off 71 outside of I-35, and the warehouse guys were very sweet and helpful. So, I had a very positive buying experience and they've earned my trust. Whenever I need things with more modern lines, I'll give Collectic a try again.

GBQuality appearance but not quality made I purchased a very large couch, a bedroom headboard, and 5 bar stools in the Fall of 2011. Within the first month, both the headboard and the couch had issues. The back of the couch in one section had to be adjusted and refastened. The headboard had some large lump at the top and it too had to be unstapled, adjusted and reattached. The seat backs of the bar stools come lose and wiggle slightly. So, as "maintenance" we have to tighten the screws underneath. Right now there is another defect in the couch cushion. It appears the "roping/trim" on the seat cushion is slipping out of place. I need to contact the store and see about having this fixed. I know it will not be covered under warranty. In a normal situation, I agree with that. However, there have been numerous quality issues with my pieces and I wish they would fix my cushion free of charge. It's very frustrating because I truly love the pieces in the store but have not been able to go back and purchase additional furniture for my home because of the quality issue. I will say this..... all complaints were addressed immediately. The sales staff was very attentive and helpful during my search and afterwards with correcting the defects. I would consider future purchases, if I felt like steps were taken to use better quality manufacturers.

GBCool inventory, superb service I've bought a number of items from this locally-owned boutique shop in Rollingwood over the years and it's always been a great experience. All the salespeople are well informed and helpful, but not overly so--for independent shoppers like myself, they provide just enough assistance for me to make a clear, smart decision. Products have been excellent quality at a fair price. A much more pleasant experience than shopping at a big chain store--I check them out first whenever I need anything.

GBAverage The customer journey/experience is poor. The quality of the product is above average which brings the review up to average. We purchased our furniture and expected delivery within a few weeks. Actual time was months. Attempts to speak with our salesperson after the sale were beyond difficult. They clearly do not care about the customer post sale. Items delivered were damaged. It took months to receive the replacement items. Again phone calls to ask about status were not returned. We had to initiate all calls. Would not shop here again.
