Fabulous Company I have bought several fabulous items from Collectic Home and my friends always compliment me on these selections - from a sofa, chairs, and artwork. Helpful & great delivery options My salesperson was great - 4 custom covered barstools. Delivery truck came nearby & met us - excellent. Love our stools.

Average The customer journey/experience is poor. The quality of the product is above average which brings the review up to average. We purchased our furniture and expected delivery within a few weeks. Actual time was months. Attempts to speak with our salesperson after the sale were beyond difficult. They clearly do not care about the customer post sale. Items delivered were damaged. It took months to receive the replacement items. Again phone calls to ask about status were not returned. We had to initiate all calls. Would not shop here again.
