GBPersonal service I have been buying from Collectic and it previous incarnation, Eurway, for many years. I have always found a good bargain there. Lauren has been helping me over the past year as I have stumbled over myself furnishing my house and she has been more than patient with me. Overall an excellent experience.

GBGreat customer service I went there to purchase a new bed. I wanted something modern looking my sales consultant Lauren new several companies that had a style like I might like we spent about 20 minutes going through different manufacturers websites before finding the right bed. They have color samples for the bed to help choose the color. I am really happy with the bed I choose from there.

GBVariety of modern choices and prices; helpful assistance Beats on-line. Here's why. It is hard to shop online due to the differences in color on monitors so even though I can find same or similar stuff online, I can't be assured of color and sometimes scale of print or piece. And I don't want to self assemble (or rather, have my husband assemble). It is also nice to have someone with design cred and experience offer input so that I don't go too wrong or so that I'll step outside of a comfort zone. For these reasons I shop in person for most items. Collectic is competitive price-wise with on-line. We used Collectic almost exclusively for a 2600 sq ft 3 BR 2 Bath condo vacation home. Christi was fantastically helpful and we got all selections done in 3 hours.1 problem after delivery but we dealt with it. Good delivery crew. Spring 2016.

GBGreat Store, High-Knowledge Salespeople, But Unprofessional This is a great store to browse through, and if you're looking for people to help you visualize what type of furniture, etc. to integrate into your home, they're helpful with that, too. I paid the fee of $75 to have someone come see my house to give me ideas. She texted me the morning of the scheduled appointment asking to push it back 2 hours (no apology). I couldn't do so, so we rescheduled for later that afternoon. Once in my apartment, she was really helpful with visualizing how to decorate, but she did hiss at my cat (who, in fairness, started it, but let's be honest: there was only one cat involved and yet there were two creatures hissing). This decorator made a number of comments of how she would do my decoration pro-bono, because what she was doing wasn't what she usually did (I'm not sure what she usually did, and what was extra, and I didn't ask for anything extra-- this all made me uncomfortable). Once the visit was over I was left with some really solid general ideas for how to proceed (she really did have a good eye!), and the decorator told me she would get back to me with a plan on which products to buy from Collectic that were in my budged that jived with her vision and my style. If I bought $250 or more of products within 6 weeks (?), the $75 visit fee would be deducted from that total. I waited about a month, and then got a text saying she hadn't forgotten about me and that she would extend the 6 week period for me to get the $75 dollar credit. A couple of weeks later, I received a text around 10:30pm letting me know she had a powerpoint ready for me and asking me to swing through the store the next afternoon. I wasn't able to do so on such short notice and given the late text message (among other things, all of which I found unprofessional) I wasn't inclined to continue working with her, so I didn't respond.

GBPrices are better than other stores, quality just OK, An upholstered chair I purchased has a fabric defect. Unfortunately for me I missed the deadline to have it repaired without charges. I don't expect new furniture to be delivered with defects.
