Quality appearance but not quality made I purchased a very large couch, a bedroom headboard, and 5 bar stools in the Fall of 2011. Within the first month, both the headboard and the couch had issues. The back of the couch in one section had to be adjusted and refastened. The headboard had some large lump at the top and it too had to be unstapled, adjusted and reattached. The seat backs of the bar stools come lose and wiggle slightly. So, as "maintenance" we have to tighten the screws underneath. Right now there is another defect in the couch cushion. It appears the "roping/trim" on the seat cushion is slipping out of place. I need to contact the store and see about having this fixed. I know it will not be covered under warranty. In a normal situation, I agree with that. However, there have been numerous quality issues with my pieces and I wish they would fix my cushion free of charge. It's very frustrating because I truly love the pieces in the store but have not been able to go back and purchase additional furniture for my home because of the quality issue. I will say this..... all complaints were addressed immediately. The sales staff was very attentive and helpful during my search and afterwards with correcting the defects. I would consider future purchases, if I felt like steps were taken to use better quality manufacturers.

Prices are better than other stores, quality just OK, An upholstered chair I purchased has a fabric defect. Unfortunately for me I missed the deadline to have it repaired without charges. I don't expect new furniture to be delivered with defects.

Average The customer journey/experience is poor. The quality of the product is above average which brings the review up to average. We purchased our furniture and expected delivery within a few weeks. Actual time was months. Attempts to speak with our salesperson after the sale were beyond difficult. They clearly do not care about the customer post sale. Items delivered were damaged. It took months to receive the replacement items. Again phone calls to ask about status were not returned. We had to initiate all calls. Would not shop here again.

Low quality, high price The couch we purchased looks ten years old after one year of use (only used by 2 adults, not even daily) Very disappointed that we sought out a smaller company and purposefully avoided big box stores but still got big box quality furniture, but not at the big box low price.
