My Collectic Home Purchase Went Totally Smoothly I ordered two Euroway swivel chairs and a matching ottoman from Collectic. I think I mostly dealt with a person named Genevieve. The pricing seemed fair, my order came in during the correct timeframe, everything was as I wanted it. I picked it up at their warehouse over off 71 outside of I-35, and the warehouse guys were very sweet and helpful. So, I had a very positive buying experience and they've earned my trust. Whenever I need things with more modern lines, I'll give Collectic a try again.

Low quality, high price The couch we purchased looks ten years old after one year of use (only used by 2 adults, not even daily) Very disappointed that we sought out a smaller company and purposefully avoided big box stores but still got big box quality furniture, but not at the big box low price.

Great selection and help from staff Collectic Home carries interesting, modern furniture lines and fun decorative pieces. I have gone to other stores in the "furniture district" in north Austin, and while you may have more choices at the other larger stores, Collectic has picked only high-quality products. The staff are very friendly and helpful and get to know you by name. Many of the pieces are pricey, but luckily they have great sales. Living near Bee Caves and Mopac, this is a really convenient and lovely store to have in our neighborhood!

Personal service I have been buying from Collectic and it previous incarnation, Eurway, for many years. I have always found a good bargain there. Lauren has been helping me over the past year as I have stumbled over myself furnishing my house and she has been more than patient with me. Overall an excellent experience.
