Absolutely fabulous framing and customer support I had an amazing framing experience (we used them for our wedding photos). I had only ever used a local framer before, so I was a little nervous, but Caroline and Laura really took care of us, andI will only frame with Framebridge from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Disappointing Disappointing. This company advertises local stores, and fast next day service. I walked into the store near my house, and found out that they print and ship everything from India, and it's just the same cheap garbage quality stuff you can get everywhere else on the Internet. The physical stores are simply showrooms but the product comes from India. Pointless. I can order cheap garbage from China on the Internet if I want to. Avoid this company.

Laughable quality After a nearly three month wait to get my item back: The framed item, a feather from a recently deceased parrot belonging to a close friend, was glued backward (muted color and sheen) directly to the matting. Why it was mounted backward is anyone's guess, but what I do know is that it looks like something a middle schooler would put together and is effectively un-giftable. Worse, the feather is ruined due to being glued directly to the matting and can't be used again. You get what you pay for.

don't frame here i just emailed framebridge for the 3rd time since stopping in almost a month ago to inquire about artwork i dropped off to be framed november 23. since then, i've had artwork framed at a different location (sadly had to be sent back to wharehouse / wasn't done well) and artwork framed locally at a mom & pop shop (which i may go fully back to). i was told art dropped off around the holidays has taken precedence - ?????? i guess november 23rd doesn't count. after 3 emails, and an in-person visit asking about my art - i don't know what to do. they gave me a 40% discount, as if i'd want to use framebridge again... very frustrated

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Like another reviewer, my photograph was not centered in the mat (off by a lot, like 1/4"). Got it back and guess what...still not centered (now off by 1/8") AND there are now two parallel creases running through the photograph, like it was run through some sort of machine or handler.
