Outstanding in all aspects: product and service!! Outstanding in all aspects. I never write reviews, but a great company deserves praise and respect. Especially these days when online services can be so poorly supported from a customer service perspective. I've ordered many things from Framebridge including two pieces of artwork for my twin's nursery and the quality is outstanding. Additionally, the customer service when I've had questions or needed special requests, has always exceeded my expectations. You can tell this a company that values the experience of the consumer from start to finish. Thank you for filling my home with beautifully framed art and cherished memories. Keep doing what you're doing!

So very disappointed - do not use Framebridge Unfortunately, like others on this site, I made the highly regrettable mistake of using Framebridge. The communication was unresponsive and mostly unhelpful, the staff made no creative suggestions beyond grey, white or black frames, they told me the originals were damaged but refused to send a picture of the damage (no iphones at Framebridge??) and then when I finally received the frames the sizes were inconsistent: 2 prints designed to be hung side-by-side now look rather stupid. I strongly encourage you to avoid this service as not worth your time or money. CD in SF

My experience at Frsmebridge Suburban Square PA The associate who greeted me was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about Framebridge’s product. The store is nicely laid out with a good selection of framed pieces to use as a starting point for the uninitiated. I had a general idea of how I wanted the frame and mat to appear when finished, but the associate walked me through the final details with some great recommendations specific to the work I was having framed and clearly explained any cost exceptions for product upgrades. She also provided a pro- forma view of the final product. After I was satisfied with the preview, the associate clearly explained the cost, timing (reasonably quick compared to competitors) and a pick up / delivery option (free). I follow up email was immediately sent with a preview photo and cost breakdown. I was also given a card with the associate’s name for any follow up questions. In summary, a great customer experience that was quick and clear!

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Like another reviewer, my photograph was not centered in the mat (off by a lot, like 1/4"). Got it back and guess what...still not centered (now off by 1/8") AND there are now two parallel creases running through the photograph, like it was run through some sort of machine or handler.

Framebridge does not support women I worked for Framebridge. Loved my job. Framebridge does not support victims of domestic violence, however. I was falsely arrested because of domestic violence, because my boyfriend lost his job, and was jealiues of me ,he had me arrested on made up charges. Because of this of course I could not report my absence. I have been fired even tho thet kniw nothing was my fault woe to the poor man in the coma, the woman pulled into a van on the side of the road, the kidnapped hitchhiker , all would be fired from frambridge.
