GBPoor customer service, no follow up with error in personalization I was happy with the quality of the blanket, but the name personalization was incorrect. I received a blanket with the name Elizabeth for my daughter named Layla. I emailed the company up to 6 times with no reply in regards to correction. But I did however receive 3 separate emails asking me to review and rate the product. Very disappointed.

GBDONT ORDER FROM THEM DONT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Christmas sweater two months before Christmas. It showed up after Christmas and was the wrong item. Tried for a refund and was told the warehouse processed what was given them so it must be right. Stuck with a 4x Golf sweater and put nearly 50 bucks. Angry at myself for not checking reviews first.

GBOur order still hasn’t arrived and the… Our order still hasn’t arrived and the party we bought them for to wear has since passed. I reached out to their customer service email and the address did not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a fraud and now I am out a couple of hundred dollars.

GBOrder came just in the nick of time Order came just in the nick of time! I was so pleased the estimated shipping time was correct. Sweater got lots of compliments!!

GBI am very disappointed in the lack of… I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. It says on the website that there is a 1-3 day production time. I know everything is slow, especially the shipping. However, I emailed the company 5-6 times after two weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation, asking about when my item would ship. I never heard anything!!! It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my item or a shipping confirmation.
