DO NOT ORDER from One Kings Lane DO NOT ORDER from One Kings Lane. I paid $2500 for a dining set in September a mismatched set, black table with white chairs. I have been calling for 5 months and every time the representative tells me the correct chairs are being shipped. Still hasn’t happened. I have asked to speak with a manager but they put me on hold, then say the manager will call/email me to resolve the issue but it never happens. Horrible customer service. 5 months & still have the wrong order. One Kings Lane if you want to correct this order, my order number is OKB10000747603

Wonderful Customer Service Unfortunately, my coffee table was delivered damaged so I had to retire the delivery. I went on their website to u sweat and what steps I needed to take. Thankfully, I took pictures because that’s basically all I needed to do. Ed was my customer service agent and went above and beyond for my claim. Quick responses and resolution within 2 days.

Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings… Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings Lane but the wattage info was missing from the online description. I contacted Customer Service via email and was ably assisted by Rodrigo. He had to contact the manufacturer to get the info, which took a few days, but he kept me updated on his efforts and ultimately got an answer for me. Best service experience I have had in quite some time.

The worst The worst. Multiple calls to customer no-service. All they do is tell you what they won’t do, they do nothing. Order is weeks late, no call from delivery company to schedule. Eventually found delivery company contact info for my area, called them and scheduled delivery. Today’s delivery day, took two calls to get delivery service to answer the phone, now told delivery will be hours late. No regard for your time. No platitudes about being sorry, and reaching out to you via email, yada yada, please. You have the history and flat don’t care, I understand. Goal here is to warn others so they don’t experience the same.
