GBThis is terrible company to order from This is terrible company to order from. The company has no customer service. Ordered a Christmas gift in late November and received an email indicating it would be delivered by 12/21. No tracking since or that the item even shipped. I ordered from OKL years ago with a similar shipping experience. No different ten years later. Lesson learned. Buyer Beware!

GBThe worst The worst. Multiple calls to customer no-service. All they do is tell you what they won’t do, they do nothing. Order is weeks late, no call from delivery company to schedule. Eventually found delivery company contact info for my area, called them and scheduled delivery. Today’s delivery day, took two calls to get delivery service to answer the phone, now told delivery will be hours late. No regard for your time. No platitudes about being sorry, and reaching out to you via email, yada yada, please. You have the history and flat don’t care, I understand. Goal here is to warn others so they don’t experience the same.

GBI did receive my headboard I did receive my headboard, it’s nice, but not worth the $600 I paid. The struts for this headboard are too tall…so unless your bed it 26 inches or taller there will be a few inches of a gap btwn the mattress and bottom of this headboard. Customer service says sorry…but nothing they can do. Some day we will all get fed up hopefully and start shopping at brick and mortar stores again.

GBExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a bed for over $2000 and after receiving an email confirmation, I had not received an email about shipping. I finally got ahold of someone in customer service who informed me that my order had actually been canceled due to item discontinuation over 10 days ago without any notification. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, will never order from this company again.

GBWonderful Customer Service Unfortunately, my coffee table was delivered damaged so I had to retire the delivery. I went on their website to u sweat and what steps I needed to take. Thankfully, I took pictures because that’s basically all I needed to do. Ed was my customer service agent and went above and beyond for my claim. Quick responses and resolution within 2 days.
