GBExceptional service I ordered a cabinet and after living with it for awhile a mistmatch in finish on one of the drawers was driving me crazy. I reached out and Bianca E. tried to have the manufacturer replace the drawer. When they couldn’t she helped me get the whole piece replaced at no charge. Her outstanding follow through and problem resolution will make One King’s Lane my first look for new furniture.

GBThis is terrible company to order from This is terrible company to order from. The company has no customer service. Ordered a Christmas gift in late November and received an email indicating it would be delivered by 12/21. No tracking since or that the item even shipped. I ordered from OKL years ago with a similar shipping experience. No different ten years later. Lesson learned. Buyer Beware!

GBOne Kings Lane and their customer… One Kings Lane and their customer support team stepped up to make my claim the most important item they had to deal with. Jesus A. initially responded promptly to the claim. Roxana took over and her professional, polite, caring emails continued throughout the balance of the process.They communicated constantly with me and made me feel very calm and confident they would resolve my issue completely and they did. In today's disposable, buy it again world they went above and beyond. They never asked anything from me except to know they had satisfied me completely. The team's professionalism was only exceeded by their politeness. Too many companies can take a lesson from the Customer Support Team especially Roxana and Jesus A. at One Kings Lane. Thank you.

GBWonderful Customer Service Unfortunately, my coffee table was delivered damaged so I had to retire the delivery. I went on their website to u sweat and what steps I needed to take. Thankfully, I took pictures because that’s basically all I needed to do. Ed was my customer service agent and went above and beyond for my claim. Quick responses and resolution within 2 days.

GBTerrible- one Kings Fool Terrible! I feel like “one kings fool!” We received the wrong color sideboard. We have been reaching out weekly to get this giant piece returned and removed from our foyer. We had to cancel a party. I wait on hold time and time again and keep getting the runaround. Each time hearing from each agent, “I’m going handle this from now on” and then it’s crickets again and again - just like the repeating, annoying hold music playing again, again and again. After holding for 20 minutes today the call was disconnected. So frustrated. We just want this piece out and our money back. Aaaaaaaagggghhhh!!!!
