FRvery disappointed I am very disappointed with this company I bought a product from them but it has never delivered to us for 1 year now I have sent several emails with no response from them. Je suis très déçu, j’ai acheté un produit chez eux mais ils l’ont jamais livré et il ne répondent jamais à mes mails .

ESI ordered and paid for the map on… I ordered and paid for the map on December 2, 2022. And I did not get any information about the delay in the promised delivery of 4 or 5 days. The emails I sent asking were returned as incorrect. And i read lot of reviews about this problem, I unsubscribed from automatic commercial emails. Funnily enough I got a notice from YourWorldMap and UPS shipping the map a week ago and on February 6, 2023, I got it at home. What a pleasant surprise. The map is ok. It looks perfect on the wall. I can't add a photo of the map in this review. The company has a BIG PROBLEM with real communication in shipping and production.

CZunreliable seller Until I made my order and pay for it, it was everything OK. On my inquiry (two times) about delivery time nobody replied. When I started to solve this problem with PayPal, they sent me tracking number of package. When I recieved package, ordered merch were incomplete. On my request to delivery missing merch or refund nobody repleid again.

GBMade up customer service Ironically the company asked for this review on the 2 month anniversary of non-delivery. I have tried on two occasions to ask for a timeline when the product will be with me but got totally chinned off; with one fully ignored message and one vague response saying things are taking longer than expected. I still really like the look of the product so holding out before raising a PayPal claim but have little confidence I will ever see the end result on my wall.
