very disappointed I am very disappointed with this company I bought a product from them but it has never delivered to us for 1 year now I have sent several emails with no response from them. Scam Company I ordered my product in November 2022 and it still hasn't arrived yet. I have never experienced such a horrible experience shopping online. The worst thing however is that every time you contact their support (which is a fake person called Emma), they lie right to your face and claim that the order will arrive in the next few days. I honestly don't even think they produce any of their products, they probably just take the money and have no motivation of doing anything.

Made up customer service Ironically the company asked for this review on the 2 month anniversary of non-delivery. I have tried on two occasions to ask for a timeline when the product will be with me but got totally chinned off; with one fully ignored message and one vague response saying things are taking longer than expected. I still really like the look of the product so holding out before raising a PayPal claim but have little confidence I will ever see the end result on my wall.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM This company is a scam! I ordered in April but still did not receive my world map. When I went to Instagram, I realised many people have been cheated too. They made payment but the order never arrived. Now the contact email is not working, DMs, Facebook all did not have any reply from this Latvian company.

ABSOLUTE THIEVES Map arrived but UPS wanted an additional £62 after I already paid £160 for the map with shipping. ZERO contact about this situation from the company so UPS eventually returned the map. These people are not interested in customer service, once they get your money it's basically a gamble whether you get your goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
