Keep away Non existing customer service. Did receive a product not as shown in the pictures, that wasn't satisfactory to us and thus tried to return/contact someone, but no luck. Neither e mails or phone calls were answered. Total scam. At this point their Instagram account has gone silent, so i assume that there is no one who actually tries to complete the orders.

So disappointing! After having had fantastic service with my purchase in 2021, I wanted to buy another world map as a gift for my son. I placed my order and never heard another word from them! I tried 3 different emails ... no response. I tried to phone them .... the number has been disconnected. I emailed again 6 weeks after placing my order & still received no response, so I raised a dispute with Paypal & received a refund. What a shame as the world maps are truly beautifully made!

ABSOLUTE THIEVES Map arrived but UPS wanted an additional £62 after I already paid £160 for the map with shipping. ZERO contact about this situation from the company so UPS eventually returned the map. These people are not interested in customer service, once they get your money it's basically a gamble whether you get your goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Huge disappointment We ordered the product on 23rd Dec 2022 and still never received neither the map or money back. There is a miserable communication from their site. I don´t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered and paid for the map on… I ordered and paid for the map on December 2, 2022. And I did not get any information about the delay in the promised delivery of 4 or 5 days. The emails I sent asking were returned as incorrect. And i read lot of reviews about this problem, I unsubscribed from automatic commercial emails. Funnily enough I got a notice from YourWorldMap and UPS shipping the map a week ago and on February 6, 2023, I got it at home. What a pleasant surprise. The map is ok. It looks perfect on the wall. I can't add a photo of the map in this review. The company has a BIG PROBLEM with real communication in shipping and production.
