Amazing product! Amazing product, keeps me cool during the hot summer, saving me money on my a/c bill, and I love to to make the bed toasty warm during the cold winter (also saving me money on my heating costs)! I have the dual king size model and my spouse likes that she can set her own ideal temperature on her side of the bed.

Save yourself the money and heartache and buy from a different company. Ordered it on 3/25. Finally arrived on 4/9. Opened box - the white box with the control unit in it was not sealed but looked like it had been taped twice previously so I was already worried it was a refurbished unit. Followed instructions to set it up. The hose that attaches to unit and pad has fabric pulled away from the end on one side. Fine - if it cools it is good. THE CONTROL PANEL DOES NOT WORK. No lights - no buttons - nothing. You call the number listed - nothing - you have to leave a message with person 2 whoever that is and I have yet to hear back. The email for Henry on the FB site - he is as useless as number 2. The other email suggestion with info in the address - nope. This is ridiculous for the unit was not remotely cheap. I cannot return it without a Return Authorization but cannot reach anyone to get a return authorization. BUYER BEWARE.

I have tried so called "cooling gel infused" memory foam, cooling pads you have to put in the fridge, air blowers...NONE work to cool you down if you get hot in bed. The Perfect Sleep Pad has the only system that truly cools you down! Within in a minute of it coming on you can feel the cool water going through the tubes and lowering the temperature under your body...it's such a relief, as I always get hot about 6hrs in of sleeping and wake up uncomfortable and unable to get back to sleep. The only thing I wish it had was a programmer for actual time, so you can tell it to turn on and off at certain times, and even a couple times during the night, instead of just a setting that allows to either come on or turn off.
