GBHorrible Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The product itself isn’t that bad, but the customer service is essentially non-existent. First and foremost, when the product arrived at my home the two floor units were a little different. One was obviously not new with little scratches across the screen and noticeably louder when on than the other. No big deal though because I figured maybe it was refurbished and I’m not gonna complain even though I was paying for a new product. I tried the product for about 90 days and decided that it wasn’t right for me. I then contacted customer service about a return and received a return label quickly. I drained my pad, packed it up, then sent the package back. After I received notification from the shipping company that my package was delivered I emailed “perfect sleep pad” to double check that it was there. I got a quick reply that it was and they would go through my return within the next few days and that I will receive an email letting me know what my refund would be (since the refund is supposed to be the initial cost minus the shipping cost). A little over a week passed without hearing back from anyone so I emailed Jesse, who had let me know they received my pad, and got nothing back. I waited another week then emailed again, no reply. Another week, another email sent and still silence from them. About a month passes and after multiple emails with no response I’m starting to think that maybe they have no intention of issuing a return so I start to consider my other options. I realize I can ask the Better Business Bureau for help, but sent out one more email letting them know I will be reaching out to the BBB. Apparently that got their attention because the very next day I received a response letting me know that the condition of my pad was unacceptable and that they would be charging me the cost of a replacement pad. Said email has multiple typos and is written like a text message sent between friends, not professional at all, which makes me question the legitimacy of this company even more. More so, I’m accused of not reading the return policy while Jesse himself misquotes the return policy. Since there is no way to prove that my pad wasn’t damaged or in bad condition I accept that there is nothing I can do and take the return they give me. Mind you, all of our conversations are being conducted through email, which are being responded to within a day if not hours. Why couldn’t he have contacted me back during the several email attempts in the past month? All in all there are much better companies out there who make similar products that I’d much rather give my business to. As I stated at the beginning, the pad itself isn’t bad, but it also isn’t that great. If you’re looking for a “pad” to keep cool in the evening, look towards more “chili” options.

GBThe Perfect Sleep Pad is unbeatable for… The Perfect Sleep Pad is unbeatable for sleeping comfort!! We've had these for over 10 years and literally can't sleep without it. My husband is always cold and I am always hot so The Perfect Sleep Pad is really the perfect answer for us. We each sleep comfortably through the night. The machine is super quiet and with the remotes you can change temperature anytime of the night. We love ours so much we just ordered another. I'm considering buying a few extra just in case they ever stop selling them! But they last so long - like I said once before in another review - it is a workhorse. I use mine a lot during the night and also during the day at times as I have Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. We've tried other types of machines but this one does it all - cools, heats, it's quiet and super easy to take care of. Will never be without one!!!

GBGame changer Game changer! I have seen improvements in my sleep quality and sleep scores. The customer service from beginning to end has been excellent. I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a good night's sleep. Thanks Henry!

GBDo not buy this product, NO customer support Do not buy this product. We purchased the product and were happy while it worked for only "3" months. I reached out to the company multiple times even receiving messages from Mr. Henry Zeifman the President of Perfect Sleep Pad stating "I'll call you" and never did after I went through all of the basic fix options they offered. All I wanted was an exchanged product that worked because while it did function my wife loved it. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. I will share my emails and/or messages to substantiate this review.

GBAbsolute garbage Very bad experience! I had been buying from the Chilipad company for over ten years, but I began to have trouble with that company in 2021, so I decided to try this one. I bought a "Perfect Sleep Pad" in December 2021. By February, the pad was leaking all over the bed and the unit no longer cooled. The first time I called to let them know the unit wasn't working properly, I got crap from Henry and Jesse. They asked why I wanted to run it so cool, and said well studies show it's better to sleep at a higher temperature, and maybe I should try running the unit at the other end of the bed; completely ignoring the fact that the unit was no longer functioning properly. I had to buy a watt meter and send Henry the info on how little energy it was using before he would send a replacement, in the meantime I barely slept because my bed was so hot. When I sent photos of the pad leaking, Henry sent me a replacement for that. Within two months the replacement pad was leaking even worse than the first one, and Henry didn't respond to my email. When I called several days later, he did return the call finally, but he told me they sell thousands of pads every year and nobody ever complains about them leaking. He refused to send a new one unless I paid for it, in spite of the supposed two-year warranty. Beware of this company! They use three different names that I am aware of, and possibly more. Their website says Perfect Sleep Pad. The phone calls come from Closet Reorganizer and the bill comes from Your Organic Source. I have seen the exact system for sale on other websites under even more names than that. Just a warning not to trust this company with your money. If you do buy from them, be sure to send any payments through Paypal. I did and was able to have my money refunded because they decided in my favor when I opened a claim.
