When i opened it, the dimensions were more like a full size and there was only one pillow sham. After sending them 8 pictures including a measuring tape to document the dimensions, they said I received the correct item and needed even more pictures to address the missing pillow sham. Ridiculous. I'm out $80.

UGLY! UGLY!! We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set. In the picture it looks like a teal blue. When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green. It does not at all match the blue. Their customer service department was not at all helpful. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a bedspread Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!

Don't buy from Cozzyhomes Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.
