GBDon't buy from Cozzyhomes Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.

GBWhomever Whomever, says this business is legit is lying. There is only one employee who responds to you and their name is Alexander. There is no phone number for this company so you have to wait for the one employee Alexander to respond, thats a joke. I have yet to receive what I have order and when I email ALEXANDER, I get the run around. Please find another company to order from. I am just warning you. Sincerely, Regret

GBThe Stickiest Spam just for Browsing their Site I put an item in my cart and some of my information (name and email) automatically filled when I clicked in the contact information boxes. However, I did not order the product and closed off the page. I immediately began receiving multiple emails each day from Cozzyhomes about returning to their site and shopping with them. I've never been spammed before from browsing a site. I have "unsubscribed" and still received two emails this afternoon. In this day and age I was concerned that their products do not include any customer reviews (at least the ones I was looking at). This confirms my strange feeling about the company

GBZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. Have to laugh at the thought of a 'Next Order'. CRAPPY COMPANY, CRAPPY QUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STATEMENT A LIE

GBPoor quality all around Not only did it take three times as long as the website promised, tracking was difficult. The duvet cover and shams were off in color from the website (you do take your chances matching color on line,) but unusable. The queen duvet cover was undersized, would barely fit a double bed. Fabric quality was mediocre at best. It will be going to Goodwill, wasted money, lesson learned. Too many other good vendors out there. (I bought a replacement from Pushplinen, I was very impressed with their quality and the speed of fulfillment and shipping.)
