GBHorrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service, providing shipping labels, tracking numbers. Still haven’t received my item as it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Will tell everyone, everywhere on every social media what scam artists these people are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

GBScam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . The error was caused by delivery due to their system crash. This led to your order being late. We have contacted delivery to press them, we understand thoroughly about your concern about the item . Hopefully you are sympathetic about this delay Thank you

GBIf I could give this company a 0 I… If I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

GBSTAY AWAY I keep getting the same "Alexander" who will not refund my money. I have been waiting for this order and the tracking doesn't give any information besides a label was created. It has been at this status for weeks. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter so I am pissed that I bought from a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! How can a company only have one employee? Total BULL!

GBDon't buy from Cozzyhomes Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.
