This company is not legit This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

Scam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . SCAM This is a fraud company! Their website says sakfifths was a dummy account of sacs fifth avenue and stupid me for realizing it after i placed an order online for 3 swatch (omega) watches worth almost $600!! i just realized ive been duped because the company that shows on the card after the payment was processed was LIXI/ COZZYHOMES instead of sacs fifth avenue or swatch so I contacted the bank immediately and cancelled the transaction! I got full refund a few days ago thank goodness otherwise these scam of a company could have gotten away with my hardearned money. SO PLEASE BE WARY guys. i should have done my homework first!

UGLY! UGLY!! We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set. In the picture it looks like a teal blue. When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green. It does not at all match the blue. Their customer service department was not at all helpful. Do not order from this company.

Awful Company Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective
