Scam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Horrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service, providing shipping labels, tracking numbers. Still haven’t received my item as it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Will tell everyone, everywhere on every social media what scam artists these people are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Don't buy from Cozzyhomes Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.

Scam company, total scam!!!!! I ordered some bedding and when I got it, it was unbelievable! The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website. When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept.!!!! I'm out a lot of money and I'm going to look everywhere to give them a bad review.

Ordered a bedspread Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!
