UGLY! UGLY!! We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set. In the picture it looks like a teal blue. When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green. It does not at all match the blue. Their customer service department was not at all helpful. Do not order from this company.

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. Ordered a bedspread Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!

STAY AWAY I keep getting the same "Alexander" who will not refund my money. I have been waiting for this order and the tracking doesn't give any information besides a label was created. It has been at this status for weeks. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter so I am pissed that I bought from a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! How can a company only have one employee? Total BULL!
