GBScam company, total scam!!!!! I ordered some bedding and when I got it, it was unbelievable! The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website. When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept.!!!! I'm out a lot of money and I'm going to look everywhere to give them a bad review.

GBZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. Have to laugh at the thought of a 'Next Order'. CRAPPY COMPANY, CRAPPY QUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STATEMENT A LIE

GBTerrible experience. Don't waste your money. Terrible experience. It took nearly a month for my queen bedding set to arrive. When i opened it, the dimensions were more like a full size and there was only one pillow sham. After sending them 8 pictures including a measuring tape to document the dimensions, they said I received the correct item and needed even more pictures to address the missing pillow sham. Ridiculous. I'm out $80.

GBAwful Company Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective
