This company is not legit This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

Credit card line item reads LIXGIFTCOM CO Rating is regarding how the merchant does their payment transactions and not the item I purchased: My experience has more to do with the way they process payment. The post on my credit card will be LIXGIFTCO CO merchant and the line item will say PAYPAL. 1. The order was not recorded under my paypal account when logged in. 2. it took paypal 45 min and a return call to find enough information regarding this merchant so that I may determine if this was a valid purchase. 3. My credit card had nothing more than paypal's number when investigating the purchase. I wasted over an hour trying to determine if the purchase was valid. This should be easier than they make it. If the company wants to look fraudulent then it's doing a darn good job of it. I haven't received my item yet but I will return when I do to at the very least qualify the quality. Jeannie

Poor quality all around Not only did it take three times as long as the website promised, tracking was difficult. The duvet cover and shams were off in color from the website (you do take your chances matching color on line,) but unusable. The queen duvet cover was undersized, would barely fit a double bed. Fabric quality was mediocre at best. It will be going to Goodwill, wasted money, lesson learned. Too many other good vendors out there. (I bought a replacement from Pushplinen, I was very impressed with their quality and the speed of fulfillment and shipping.)

I got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. Have to laugh at the thought of a 'Next Order'. CRAPPY COMPANY, CRAPPY QUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STATEMENT A LIE
