USCredit card line item reads LIXGIFTCOM CO Rating is regarding how the merchant does their payment transactions and not the item I purchased: My experience has more to do with the way they process payment. The post on my credit card will be LIXGIFTCO CO merchant and the line item will say PAYPAL. 1. The order was not recorded under my paypal account when logged in. 2. it took paypal 45 min and a return call to find enough information regarding this merchant so that I may determine if this was a valid purchase. 3. My credit card had nothing more than paypal's number when investigating the purchase. I wasted over an hour trying to determine if the purchase was valid. This should be easier than they make it. If the company wants to look fraudulent then it's doing a darn good job of it. I haven't received my item yet but I will return when I do to at the very least qualify the quality. Jeannie

CAI got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.

USIf I could give this company a 0 I… If I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

USPoor quality all around Not only did it take three times as long as the website promised, tracking was difficult. The duvet cover and shams were off in color from the website (you do take your chances matching color on line,) but unusable. The queen duvet cover was undersized, would barely fit a double bed. Fabric quality was mediocre at best. It will be going to Goodwill, wasted money, lesson learned. Too many other good vendors out there. (I bought a replacement from Pushplinen, I was very impressed with their quality and the speed of fulfillment and shipping.)

USTerrible experience. Don't waste your money. Terrible experience. It took nearly a month for my queen bedding set to arrive. When i opened it, the dimensions were more like a full size and there was only one pillow sham. After sending them 8 pictures including a measuring tape to document the dimensions, they said I received the correct item and needed even more pictures to address the missing pillow sham. Ridiculous. I'm out $80.
